GoogleI cannot fault the service provided by all staff at Robinson Jackson. We were very nervous about the potential for renting our home out. They reassurred us and provided us realistic expectations, that they achieved within three days if being on the market. Not only that but all staff we have dealt with have been extremely professional, very responsive to our needs and queries. Thank you to all at Robinson Jackson for making the process so easy. GoogleRecently myself and my partner purchased a house that was being sold by Robinson Jackson and Carol Cope in the progression team dealt with us. Absolutely appauling the way she spoke to us on the phone and delayed the whole moving part giving each person in the chain a different story. All the other staff were very friendly and polite but she should not be in the job role. Made our move more stressful than it needed to be.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleRobinson Jackson have done an excellent job of selling my daughter's flat and supporting her through the whole process leading up to exchange of contracts yesterday. It has been fraught with difficulties largely because of the global epidemic, but all the people at Robinson Jackson have been calm and professional throughout. A special shout-out for Carol Cope who has been absolutely fantastic. She has supported us so well, she communicates with all parties extremely professionally and effectively and she has had to demonstrate huge resilience during such a difficult time. GoogleWe had a really excellent service from Robinson Jackson with an offer received and accepted within a month of the property being put on the market! Unfortunately for us, the whole process dragged on for 6 months as lockdown happened due to the pandemic. I cannot praise the branch partner of our Orpington branch enough as despite everything grinding to a virtual standstill, John Steele maintained telephone contact throughout the worrying period which made us feel we were in capable hands. When unforeseen developments happened, both John and the very efficient and cheerful Sharon Goodwin very capably came up with solutions and reassured us that they were doing everything they could to progress with the sale of our property which helped us to remain calm. All the staff we also dealt with on the phone were always so polite and helpful.
