Unfortunately it didn’t work for me hence the one star rating. I had a property to sell which would mainly attract a niche set of clients and I didn’t find them very helpful. It was a case of whether people turned up and I didn’t feel that they did anything outside of their comfort zone to sell my flat. In comparison, another smaller estate agent managed to come up with ways to sell my flat (and they found a buyer approx a month since changing to them) and there was a lot more feedback and communication throughout the process. Maybe I was just unlucky with Robinson Jackson but I ended up giving up on them as it never worked for me.

Robinson Jackson Sydenham branch assisted me with purchasing my first home. The attention to detail and professionalism shown by all throughout the entire process was simply outstanding. Their response times were rapid, the content of their responses was informative and meticulous and the overall level of customer service was up there with the best I have received. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to find solutions to accommodate my situation. I will certainly be using their services again in the future and cannot recommend them and thank them enough. I would also like to give individual shoutouts to Byron and Saphire, both of whom I dealt with frequently and not once had anything other than a positive experience.

Good experience overall as a buyer. Got through the process in just 10 weeks with Katy the sales progressor. Ben the branch manager was a really friendly guy and nice to talk to on the few times i did as well. First buy so nothing to compare it too though. Cant give an opinion on selling through them as have only seen it from one side so far but nothing has put me off returning in the future.

Their progression team (with a shout out to Sam) are exceptional providing a constant update of where you are in the transaction, liaising with solicitors, and also helped me find a last minute removal company when the people I was using couldn't then do the completion date.
