GoogleI rented a property for over 8 years, which was left in immaculate condition on the 24th July 2019. Passed all the checks no problem. But I have not received my bond due to Robert Watts not being able to determine that no rent is owed, because they have changed their systems 3 times according to Hillary the manager. We provided evidence of payment on the 12th August. Hillary advised us that they would need to check with the accountants. I have called a number of times and its always the same answer the accounts are still checking it. As it stands I am still waiting for clarification, with no clear date given. I have now had confirmation that my bond will be released in 5 days time from DPS and an apology from Hillary for the time it took for the accounts to verify my payments. October the 4th.

GoogleTravelled 110 miles to see a property, whilst on the way called to advise maybe about 10 minutes late, they advised they will not be able to wait and nor would they allow any other viewings without a booked in appointment! Ridiculous! I will stick with the estate agents I’m with!

GoogleWasted my time. I had a valuation appointment today. Waited for half hour but no one turned up. Rang their office a few times but there was no answer. Left voicemail for some one to get back to me but again NO call. I am a potential customer who may sell the house and let ROBERT WATTS sell it for me...! NOT Anymore !!!!! I shall NEVER call or USE them AGAIN. Very rude and disrespectful.
