Rude staff,shocked that Jayne is still employed here,she has to be the rudest most unprofessinal person I ever had to deal with.Can honestly say I would never consider this office to sell my property or buy one from.All staff at Wibsey need further training in customer service but Jayne especially.Shocking attitudeNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have recently sold my property and purchased a new home through Robert Watts estate agents in Wibsey Bradford. I would like to make reference to a very special individual called Harmony Attwood. The quality of the service and her professionalism in every aspect of their business was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to buy, sell or even renting a property. The amount of effort Harmony put into the whole transaction was phenomenal despite not being instructed by me for the sale of my property, that didn’t stop her from making regular calls/emails and even negotiating with various departments on my behalf for me. I would also like to thank the branch manager Julie who along with Harmony stayed on up to an hour after they had closed on this particular day, just to sort out a problem I encountered during the transaction pre exchanging contracts with my buyer. Thank you once again guys and keep up the good work. If you want to know the true meaning of top service then get down to Robert Watts Wibsey office.

Recently purchased a house in Birkenshaw, sold through Robert Watts Birkenshaw office. As a buyer we found Robert Watts' service to be excellent and professional, especially Tabby who provided regular telephone progress updates. Whenever I called the office my call was answered or quickly returned and any enquiries I had were quickly looked into. Tabby's quick communication and professionalism helped myself and my partner retain confidence that our purchase would be eventually successful, despite appointing a very illusive & difficult local solicitors. Fantastic Estate Agents and would have no hesitation of appointing them in the future when the need arises.
