GoogleLisa Fletcher helped up purchased our first property. Lisa was fast and efficient with the mortgage application which was great. She also helped with all insurance policies needed which was massive help in making the purchase run smoothly. I would highly recommend using Lisa for any house purchase.

GoogleWasted near two weeks of our time "waiting for confirmation from landlord" that repairs would be carried out before we moved into the property ( after showing us a property that in no way matched the pictures they had put up) before telling us the landlord had found tenants while they were waiting for a response. Translation, couldn't be bothered to get the repairs done. Go with the other office, far more professional

GoogleVery unhelpful, lied on the state of the property was going to be in (there excuse is that when doing the contract there weren't any special requirements. Since when cleaning the property up before new tenants move in is a special requirement!) , bad communication between landlord and agency... Maintenance team are very slow, it's been weeks since we told them a list of problems that need to be solved (mainly repairs ), they said they would need to contact the landlord before they could do them. After a week of waiting for them to just contact the landlord, they agreed to do the repairs. It's been a month and no one from the maintenance team has come. This agency doesn't deserve all the fees we paid and made us get an insurance for the furniture in the property (you would laugh if you saw how cheep and low quality is the furniture that was provided). Overall, very disappointed, we were really looking forward to move to a nice property but since we move in it's been a constant battle to just get things done. Stay away from this agency.

GoogleReally good agency, pick only very good landlords and therefore very good houses! Best agency in Cardiff in my opinion!
