GoogleExcellent service and delivery both on the purchase side (Karen Hewett / Michelle Lloyd and on the lettings side (Ceri Jardine). I would have no hesitation in recommending MJ for any real estate needs. They have got customer service and, more importantly, delivery down to a fine art. Overall, a very impressive outfit.

GoogleI have just recently sold and bought my property through the Cyncoed office. If I could rate them above 5 stars I would! Their level of customer service was extraordinary, Andrew came to value my home and I dealt with Karen regarding the offers who was regularly in touch..even at 8pm at night! I am so grateful for their help and support in making the whole process less daunting and stress free. Thank you to all of the team.

Karen from sales has been very supportive and efficient keeping me up to date constantly. The process so far has been quicker and more positive than I thought it would. Would highly recommend.

GoogleUnfortunately, it was not the good. I did not recommend to belive in thrier words and customer service. They promised to deliver the house clean, promised a professional cleaning, and did not perform. The house was with a lot of grease in kitchen wardrobes, dirt in bathroom cabinets, the stoven hood, was dripping oil up to the stove. Dust and cobwebs all over the house. When claimed, they visited the residence and said that this standard is normal, said to be above the accepted standard for the region. If I need of a state again, I'll do my best not to be Moginie James. It is a ridiculus focus at the costumers.

GoogleMoginie James cyncoed were fantastic during the sale of my mums property, the bungalow was sold in two days due to the fantastic marketing by Aaron Pitman. The team Karen and Michelle really worked hard and the service was impeccable right through to sales progression where Michelle, Angharad and Jill took over. Cannot thank you enough. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Marko, That's correct - we merged our fantastic Cathays Lettings branch and our Roath Sales branch a couple of years ago to create a superbranch in Roath, which is why you won't have found a review page for Cathays, nor any mention of our old Cathays location on our website or google since these two branches were merged. GoogleI cannot recommend this company enough. If you are looking to rent/buy or sell you will not be disappointed. Everyone has been absolutely fantastic and they have gone out of their way to help me with my house sale and purchase. They even hand delivered some documents I needed when I was ill and couldn't get to the office. They have a very friendly and close knit team there as well as having a great manager onboard who has also been so supportive. I would recommend them to anyone looking to use an estate agent as they really do offer a 5 star service. Thanks again guys!
