Would really reccomend Adrian as an agent. Showed me round the property with no rush to get me out and was able to answer all my questions without any hesitation. Adrian also did me a massive favour by getting me moved into the property a month earlier than origionally expected! This saved me the time, stress and money of booking any temporary accommodation. Easy to talk to, polite and will go that extra mile to help.

Moginie James have been excellent throughout the sales and purchasing of our property and soon to be new home. The team at MJ have gone out of their way to ensure the stressful process has been minimised throughout. We originally had three estate agents to value our property and MJ came across as honest, personable and willing to go the extra distance in promoting our home which is why we chose them to act on our behalf - a decision we are glad we made; from Andrew with the initial valuation and many viewings, Martin to coming round at 7 in the morning to take a picture of the house and conducting the viewings, Aaron holding viewings outside of normal hours and Karen whose personality, organisation and constantly keeping us in the loop made the experience, dare I say, pleasurable! Huge thanks to the team and I would recommend their services to anyone wishing to buy or sell within Cardiff

From the initial house appraisal with Chris and the marketing of the property through the Pontcanna office the team at MJ were superb.Both Clare and Liz did a great job in attracting potential buyers getting lots of viewings until we had obtained a few buyers who were in positions to offer.They worked tirelessly on the sale really working hard for me to get a buyer.This was great especially when Jayne and Michelle in the sales progression team took over in progressing the sale to get things over the line.Hard work at times but they thoroughly did a professional job and made it seemless for me as the seller. A great team effort.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Moginie James estate agents. I have used Moginie James a few times over the past years for the sale of properties and wouldn't use any other agent in this area. They have very friendly and professional staff. At all times the communication was timely and honest from the initial valuation with Luke through the viewings arranged by Alyson through to their after sales team.

It was a pleasure dealing with Moginie James and Michelle who was great from start to finish when purchasing our first home and certainly helped take a lot of the stress out of the proceedings! Michelle kept us constantly in the loop and was able to help with any of the things that we raised. All in all a very positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Moginie James to anyone buying or selling their property!

Due to the death of my father I faced the daunting task of having to sell his property. I live in Essex and the property is in Cardiff. When I met with Andrew from Moginie James, his calmness and professionalism put me at ease. Communication with all members of the team has been excellent, I have been kept informed and up to date at all times, Michelle has been very kind and supportive during the final stage of the process.. My partner and I have had some memorable experiences with previous estate agents, not all of them positive. However, Charlotte made our letting process easy! She is very easy to talk to, professional, and aims to make the whole experience memorable. We had 4 viewings with her on one day, but she made this run so smooth, she gave us all the relavent information about the properties and showed us where everything was, for example the meters. She gave us her professional opinion on the properties on what best suited us on the conversation we'd been having with her to and from properties. The whole experience with Moginie James was great from booking viewings to the paperwork that everyone dreads! The other members of staff at the premises are equally as great, they offer help best they can when we were unable to speak to Charlotte and helped us with any worries or concerns we were having with our secured property. I would highly recommend Moginie James. Best, and easiest experience yet.

We recently sold our house, and the sale fell through on the day of exchange. We had already put down a deposit for a rental property with another agent, and therefore had lost that money. When we sold our house again within a couple of months,, we were advised to wait until after exchange to find another property. That made everything rather urgent, since we had to find somewhere and pass all the referencing process in less than two weeks. And we managed to do it! Adrian has been helpful and polite throughout the process. He and his colleague Holly managed to get us in to view a property that was not yet on the market, so that we could be ready with a completed process by the time we need to be out of our current home. Can't say any less than excellent. Well done team Moginie James.

Thoroughly impressed with the service we received from MJ both before, during and after agreeing to accept an offer. Chris, in particular, is not only incredibly user-friendly and good at understanding the market but also a really good guy - you get the sense that he truly is, above all else, acting in your best interests. The team as a whole are hugely professional, and the process was as close to a joy as possible - running seamlessly to plan with the minimum of fuss, and updates provided as appropriate. We would not hesitate to recommend MJ without reservation.

I have been in regular contact with the office staff at the Cyncoed office and with the maintenance person Nathan Dodd I have during my time visited the office and e-mailed the staff on a regular basis I have found them to be courteous and helpful at all times Most of my dealings have been with Nathan regarding the upkeep and updating of the property He has been consistently efficient and communicative in all matters large and small Uncertain who checks on the completed tasks but I have been pleased in most cases with the outcomes It gives one reassurance that the company employ a high standard of workman. I would recommend Morginie James to any Landlord

We have been renting a property that Moginie James Estate Agents overlooks and we have had nothing but great contact with them. Not only did they help us get into the flat we are in now by going out of their way to reach out to us about this flat before it was put out publicly, they have also bent over backwards to help us move out earlier than expected. We are now in process of moving out earlier than we originally planned and Adrian Turner has just been doing everything in his power to help us! He has been generous with his time and resources to help us and he has been so kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. I could not say enough good things about Moginie James and their Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Adrian Turner. The staff at Moginie James Estate Agents are warm, friendly and extremely helpful.

The Trusted AgentI have yet to rent my property from Moginie James however the help that I have been receiving along the way during the referencing procedure has been fantastic. Adrian was extremely friendly and very prepared, it was our first day of house hunting and were viewing our booked in apartment at the time, Adrian had brought another set of keys for another property in the building that was coming up for rent adn offered to show us around that property as well. This was very thoughtful of Adrian to offer another viewing that we hadn't even booked or knwon about, and ultimately led to us applying to rent the property. Adrian has kept us informed along the way and has been very useful, thankyou
