GoogleI have not yet moved into a property with this estate agent but am due to next month and I just wanted to highlight the service from Josh today. After having a lack of communication regarding the tenancy for several months I called the office and was passed over to Josh who is not usually who we are in communications with for the house. He listened to every single one of my concerns, explained the agents side of the situation, and actioned everything within the hour, keeping myself and other tenants in the loop and communicating with the landlord on our behalf. This is rare service to receive from an estate agent and he is clearly a testament to the team. Housing is a difficult topic to discuss and he put my mind at ease instantly. Thank you again Josh!

GoogleHave had a great experience renting with Moginie James Cyncoed Branch. Huge shout out to Paula who has been our property manager and has been very prompt in solving every problem we’ve encountered. Be it plumbing, or appliances, she has been very proactive in getting us the help we need and is always only a call away. Would not hesitate to rent from them again.

GoogleI’ve had a really good experience with this company over the past few years. Paula Cope especially is super easy to get along with and always quick to reply if I need anything. Any issues/requests have been handled pretty quickly, and it’s clear that she actually cares about making sure things are looked after properly. Communication has been great too, which makes a big difference when you’re renting. Overall, she has made my experience smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciate. I’d definitely recommend.

GoogleExtortion Alert!! I paid £100 cleaning fee after checkout without any invoice or services listed and then they demanded £120. Even after disputing it they are threatening with adjudication and even more fee on top of it. Never explained what adds up to £220 cleaning.
