I have received excellent service from Sarah on 3 different occasions and I strong believe that she will always help clients. Since 2014, Sarah not only helped me to find houses but also spent extra time in showing Cardiff for the first time when I came from London. She helped me for my 2nd house as well going above and beyond in arranging keys when I had laser surgery for my eyes. She made good first impression, since then we always wanted to stay with Moginie James and she gave us confidence that Moginie James will help us when needed. We always refer our friends to this company because of Sarah. I am very pleased and happy to meet person like Sarah. She is so kind, helpful and always approachable. I have had a business relationship with Moginie James since 2009, when I purchased my first investment property through MJ.. A highly professional and seamless transaction impressed me so much I have since bought more investment properties from them. I now have two HMOs in the Splott area of the city and another in Roath, which I purchased through MJ last year. With four tenants in each of my HMOs, therefore twelve in total, I decided it would be best to move away from trying to manage these tenancies by myself and handover my small but precious portfolio to an organisation that would meet my very high standards. I'm not just saying that, I do have really high standards; I have sought out how to become a member of the Landlord Association Wales, joined the National Landlord Association and worked with the Private Sector Housing of the local authority to ensure I am meeting the most professional letting standards possible - even by doing little things like fitting interlinked smoke alarms in all bedrooms not just the communal areas where they are required. This is because it is vital to me that I am providing my tenants with the highest standards of rented accommodation and looking after their welfare as best I can. It is with these standards in mind I have this year instructed MJ to source suitable tenants for each of my properties, carry out all the relevant checks and to fully manage them. Whenever any issues may arise, the communication from MJ is second to none. I have no doubt that I will continue to work with MJ to source my tenants for hopefully years and years, going forward. I am in the process of purchasing a very different type of investment property from them - a one bedroom apartment in Cardiff Bay; I look forward to working with MJ to help me source and manage tenants with this one too. Keep up the great work and excellent communication that you give time and time again. Thank you.

Having sold my last property through MJ 4 years ago and being impressed by the level of service that I recieved I recently returned to them to put my current house on the market. I'm delighted to say that they haven't let their impressively high standards slip. Friendly, professional and they make me feel valued as a customer. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they always respond quickly to any emails or phone calls, which helps take the stress out of the whole process. With such a wide choice of estate agents in Cardiff I'm so glad to have found one that I can rely on!

I had several agents visit me at my apartment to carry out appraisals – as soon as I met Craig, I knew Moginie James were the right agent for me and my property. We discussed a marketing strategy and the best price to market. They quickly arranged photography for the sales particulars which were of the best quality I’ve seen. After a couple of viewings my apartment soon sold. Claire was outstanding – she always called me with constructive feedback, and once an offer was made she guided me through to acceptance and then handed me over to the sales progression team based in their head office. Here I dealt with Jayne who kept me up to speed with the legal updates. Communication was first class – she made things go so smoothly. Claire, Craig and Jayne really went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate using Moginie James again and can’t thank them enough.

I consider myself fortunate in having dealt with Moginie James as both buyer and seller. These guys know no bounds when it comes to excelling in customer service, out of hours - no problem, days off - no problem. Whatever it takes to make the process as smooth as possible is all they think about.. Friendly and approachable is clearly a company requirement. What impressed me most was when a minor mistake was made (and we're talking tiny!) hands were held high in accepting the error, for me that sort of honesty goes a long way.
