This estate agent was very fast responding to my initial e-mail request for more information on the property and organized a viewing the following day. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The property was exactly what I was looking for and the office sorted out all the necessary paperwork right away for me when I said yes. Everything went so smoothly and they were a delight to deal with. Highly recommended.

There were a number of issues with my property, some of which were complex and required structural repairs in order to put right. Nathan Dodd made a potentially stressful situation much better through his diligence, excellent service and great communication. He was frequently in contact with me, providing updates and reassurance, and using his years of experience to guide me through. Thankfully all is now resolved and the property is back to normal. Thank you to Nathan for all your help!

From the time of the valuation of our property through to the sale completion the service was excellent. Gareth Davies provided an excellent valuation and brochure which made for a quick sale. The Sales Progression Team then kept us up to date on progress until final completion. We recommend Moginie James.

From start to finish the people at Moginie James were very helpful in helping me find a 3 month let in Cardiff. I visited them at their Cardiff Bay office and Becca and Natalie were incredibly helpful and gave some great advice. In fact they even suggested I look at serviced apartments on a very short term basis to save me money, even though that would have probably lost them business. Rhys from the Pontcanna office then called me a couple of days later to tell me of a property in the city centre which was available for a 3 month let. Since I was commuting from London I was very keen to see the property the same day. Although his schedule didn't allow it, he booked me in for a 15 minute viewing the same day with Becky. This short appointment didn't stop her from sparing us loads of time to show us 3 different options in the building and answering all our questions. I was next in Cardiff two days later and decided to go ahead with oneach of the flats. Sarah in the Pontcanna office handled my business from this point on and was incredibly helpful the whole way. There were a couple of complications that came up but her approach was always to try and find a solution and get the deal done, which was exactly what was needed, since the move in date was only a couple of days ahead. Overall, from my initial meeting at the Bay office where I was just having a feeler of my options to getting me moved in to a new flat in a week's time, the staff at Moginie James understood my needs and helped get the job done. I have no qualms about recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone looking at property in the Cardiff area and they will be my first port of call should I need an Estate agent again in the near future.

Everyone who i've spoken to from booking the viewing, making an offer, receiving the 'congratulations your offer has been accepted' phone call, and guidance i'm receiving with my next steps has been exemplary. As a first time buyer, the whole process is so daunting, but Cat and her colleagues in the Albany Road branch has made everything so much easier. The team has been so patient and accommodating with my questions. They're always happy to help and respond very, very quickly to my emails. I'm also never ringing for very long before they answer the phone. I'd spoken to a few other estate agents on my quest to find my perfect first home, and the service from Moline James really does stand out. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

It has been a pleasure to go through the process in welsh. I feel it should be made more readily available across Cardiff. Everybody in the branch has been very helpful right from the beginning. They have answered any queries clearly and quickly and kept me informed of everything through phone calls and e-mail. Its been a very stress free process so far and i would recommend the branch to anybody looking to buy/rent a house in Cardiff.

Took long time to fix the electricity switch and heater and reluctant to demonstrate the use of heaters/boilers.in the property when moved in. Need to consider demonstrating the boilors and heaters when a new tenent moves in. Good quality of repair work.

I would certainly recommend using Moginie James, Rhys and Sarah in the Pontcanna office were a great help, I saw a few properties with them and wth others, but Rhys was always friendly and not pushy which I respected so when i found the right flat i was happy to sign with them. They've ben really efficient and quick with paperwork, and plenty of follow ups to make sure everything is ok which is good.

The entire process was a breeze, from the relaxed and informative viewing of the property right down to explaining the fine print and signing on the dotted line. The staff, especially Julie and Becky, were really helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we had along the way. This happens to be my second tenancy with this letting agent and I expect it to be every bit as smooth as the first.

Having used Moginie James for a number of years I find their service to be prompt professional and very efficient, which is a very reassuring status following the concerns that I had two years ago which was echoed by the TDS appeals service. Glad to say the improvements put in place and the release of the person that caused the problems just goes to show how MJ has moved on for the better. Above all, I would like to note very helpful and friendly manner in which visitors either by phone or in person to the branch are greeted with, also mindful of accuracy and truth of information in bringing whatever situation to a conclusion. This I find across the whole Cathays branch team.
