We're soon to rent a property with this agency we've found them to be very pleasant and efficient, always happy to answer our questions. They went out of their way to help us secure the house we loved - swiftly passing on messages between ourselves and the landlord - and were genuinely pleased for us when we did.

The estate agent Rhys who took over our issue with the washing machine couldn't of helped anymore than he did. Fantastic service by Him and had the problem fixed asap after we have contacted the agency a few times regarding the washing machine as there has been issued since we moved in also and big gap in our patio doors (which has never been resolved which is why I put a 4*) But Rhys was polite, friendly and professional. Thank you for your help

From first viewing to completion, staff in the Pontcanna office were exceptionally helpful and efficient. Liz and Claire went out of their way to help -- and were also friendly and good humoured at all points. I could not have wished for better service.

Once I had reported the fault using the website , I had a phonecall the next morning from the agent . He arranged for an engineer to visit at no inconvenience to myself as the engineering company were able to collect the key from the agent and visit whilst I was in work . It was decided that due to the nature of the problem a new fridgefreezer was required , this was sorted by the agent and the engineer promptly again with no inconvenience to myself.

The Staff at Moginie James Pontcanna office are excellent. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are so welcoming everytime you call by the office with any queries or concerns. Lovely to liaise with Welsh speaking staff too - Liz went beyond the call of duty and made the process as easy as possible. Thanks to Chris too from the Pontcanna office for his work in setting up the sale. Great guy! Diolch o galon i'r tim i gyd yn swyddfa Pontcanna am wneud y broses mor hawdd a gallai fod!

Bethan has always responded quickly to any queries I have had during the tenancy. She has worked hard to accommodate my schedule with the agency's requirements, regarding interim visits etc. She has always been friendly, polite and professional throughout and any problems or issues that have arisen have been dealt with and resolved efficiently and with the minimum of fuss or inconvenience. I have been very happy with the way she has liaised with me to find the most mutually convenient and stress-free solution or plan in all our dealings through the tenancy.

Moginie James rented our apartment within an hour, pretty much (March 2016). It hadn't even been listed (we hadn't even finished moving out). The very friendly and professional member Ceri visited and inspected the property on the Friday, and called back within an hour to say they had suitable tenants. They viewed it on the Monday and took the place. Have used Moginie James for years because they have good distribution across Cardiff, and maintain professional standards – staff always clued-up and on the ball whether that's on the sales or lettings side.

I was so impressed with the service Moginie James provided throughout my tenancy. Any problems were resolved swiftly and with ease. I have been particularly impressed with the Pontcanna branch, they're dedicated to providing great tenant care and keep in contact; which is so crucial when beginning/ceasing a tenancy. After a house fire last week we where left homeless (living out of a hotel room and car boot) a week before our wedding with our 5 month old baby, Cat has been very helpful and understood the urgency of finding a new property, managing to get us in to somewhere new within a week.. Would use Mogine James again in the future.

I was impressed with how quickly the process began when I initially phone on Saturday morning to say we wanted the property. Particularly in this case because it was bank holiday Easrer weekend and everyone deserves time off. By Tuesday, references were already being sent out and boxes were being ticked. We were informed of any updates promptly. Special thanks to Cat Deeley who has been guiding this process.
