A big thank you to Jayne from the Sales Progression Board at Moginie James in Cardiff. Once my offer on the house was accepted, Jayne took charge of the completion process. She was very professional from beginning to end and was in full control of throughout the whole process. She was always on hand to answer any questions I had and ensured queries were dealt with quickly. Buying a property is a very stressful business but with Jayne in charge the process was extremely smooth.

Moginie James have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, the service offered by every member of Staff we encountered was exceptional, there is a great atmosphere in all of their offices and all staff have been extremely helpful and conscientious from start of finish. Selling a house can be stressful process but Michelle in the sales progression team was fantastic support, nothing was to much trouble for her. Her knowledge and experience is (in my opinion) exceptional and having her guide us through the sale was a huge comfort. There are plenty of on-line estate agents now and this was something we considered however our experience with Moginie James demonstrated the value dealing with a tangible Estate Agent. We would not hesitate to recommend Moginie James Estate Agents.

We found the property we wanted to buy before we sold our house which created a concern that it wouldn't be on the market when ours sold. We were shown around the property twice both by enthusiastic agents. Martin was great, his knowledge of the house, area and the sellers position was great. We also sold our house through Morginie James and found this to be effective too. The information was clear. Any problems we ran into were addressed in a timely fashion. The solicitor that was recommended was also great. Friendly, professional agents that I would definitely recommend.

Jayne did not act for me, I was a purchaser and so she was acting for the sellers/vendors. Jayne was easy to get hold of, always called back when she said she would, made sensible suggestions, was very professional, kept the process moving, chased parties (including financial advisors, solicitors of both parties) without prompting, and made the transaction go far quicker and smoother than it otherwise would have. After dealing with Jayne and seeing was an asset she was to her clients, I would definitely instruct her in the future when I come to sell.

Our sale was not straightforward, and during the process we came into contact with the sales, sales progression and rental departments, and the high quality of customer service was consistent across the different business areas. Have viewed and signed for two tenancies through Charlotte and she's been great both times :). Although when going to pick up keys for our most recent property the other agent wasnt very well prepared and had taken the wrong amount of money from my account meaning we had to travel back to the old property to get new card details. Slightly inconvenient on moving day.

We were supported through the whole process from beginning, during and after completion. Our requirements were listened to and we were only sent notifications of properties that fitted our requirements. We were regularly contacted via e mail and telephone as to how the sale was progressing and in this way we were able to sort out any needs quickly. This meant that we completed on time.
