GoogleAbsolutely dreadful experience with this company. We tried for days to use the app, and never received a passcode from them. I phoned Thirdfort and the woman there said it was because our phones are on Sky mobile, which is rubbish because our daughter didn’t have this problem and she is on Sky mobile. The woman suggested we ‘used a friend or neighbour’s phone’ to complete our ID check. Very secure! She said she would contact our solicitor to sort it out, but never did. Useless!

We made our house purchase through Michael Poole, Yarm and they did a good job. Stacey was proactive in providing updates and passing information quickly. On reflection we would rather have used them for our house sale too!

GoogleAs sellers, we appreciated the support and advice from Neil Buck during the fraught period between agreeing terms with our buyers and exchange of contracts. Sam Smith gave us her attention to detail whenever needed. However, we had to reduce our price to agree a sale and Perry Bishop's fee was based on the original offer price - in retrospect we wished we had agreed a percentage fee arrangement.

GoogleI was very impressed with the service provided by Perry Bishop's Cheltenham office when selling my property recently. From the very beginning I had every confidence in Ben, Sam and the team, that they were doing their best for me, from valuation through to marketing and finally getting the sale through satisfactorily. It wasn't the most straightforward sale but they provided good advice and support and kept me informed of any developments in a timely manner. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent level of customer service and attention to detail by Michael Poole staff across the board, with special mention to Sophie Critchley who very efficiently dealt with an offer on my property, and also many thanks to Kirby, Isabel, and Emma in the Redcar Office, not forgetting Chris with his wonderful photos and detailed property description. My property had been languishing on the list of another Agent for 7 months but the staff at Michael Poole sold it in a matter of hours. Thank you !
