Even though it took 4-5 weeks to find a tenant, the lady I was dealing with, Isabelle Smith was an absolute star. She was very patient, excellent in her communication - Kept me informed at all times, excellent response times for my emails and good knowledge about the tenancy rules and regulations. Our experience with manning Stainton was great, we couldn’t fault the team there at all. The only issue we had was with their recommended solicitors, Levi’s. So maybe do research for your own. This however does not take away the great job that manning Stainton did and how efficient they were.

Great communication throughout, kept me updated regularly about progress along the chain and prompt replies to all my emails and calls. Also arranged an early viewing before the official open house to accommodate my travel plans. At completion, they gave me a little box of goodies as a housewarming present and a celebratory photo with the house keys which I thought was very cute!If I ever need to sell my property, I will not hesitate to go with Manning Stainton. From my recent experience I can tell you that it was really useful to receive help from Manning Stainton, especially from move manager Lesley Alexander. She was in touch with updates every week, even when I hadn’t received any news from my solicitor for few weeks. It was easier to get through the waiting period. GoogleThe worst Manning Stainton branch. I had a viewing booked on the Saturday but hit a pothole on the way to the viewing so I had to cancel the viewing due to flat tyre. I called to rearrange the viewing for next week Saturday and in that time, not only did they ignore me, they then had the audacity to leave a VM asking for my thoughts on the property and that I should act fast because an offer has been made... How can I give you my thoughts on the property if I haven't even seen the house and you've made 0 effort to help me rearrange a viewing??? Useless agency and you put the Manning Stainton name to shame. I am so glad your other offices aren't that bad. Also, there is this bloke who answers the phone to transfer calls and he's always chewing and eating very loudly whilst speaking... disgusting.

We are sorry you feel so disappointed and frustrated by our service, we have made a simple mistake in contacting you for feedback when the viewing had been moved. We apologise for this.
There was a delay in the owner getting back to us in order to rebook your viewing sorry if you felt ignored for this reason. Upon the vendor getting back to us it appears an offer had been accepted. I can imagine that this result has caused some frustration and I am sorry for that. Our branch manager has tried to contact you a couple of times today, please do get in touch so we can better explain and resolve any issues.
