GoogleLong overdue, but Deborah T was very responsive with my enquiry when I needed accommodation within my budget back in July. She was very patient with all my questions and I cannot recommend her enough, and of course the team at Manning Stainton, Morley who made me feel very welcome when calling and visiting the office. They are super organised and efficient, always keeping you in the loop, very approachable and friendly. Special thanks must go to Angela who was so dedicated, even keeping an eye on my empty property out of working hours.I used the conveyancing company LCF Residential at their recommendation and was very happy with their service too. They form a strong partnership which works well.I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of both.

Very helpful, Leah especially picked up the slack where our solicitors failed, kept us in the loop of how things were progressing. She was always very polite and reassuring throughout the full process. Only negative is sometimes a little hard to get hold of because the phone lines are so busy.

Dale was wonderful, but we have noticed that Ian Thompson doing the weekly inspection has since April said the kitchen units need something doing obviously this was never chased up because the kitchen units still need work. Also no one told us that the water had been turned off at the mains because of a boiler leak. So guys if you are responsible for selling the property ensure whoever is selling it listens to you. 3* for neglect of duties 10* for Dale

With regards to the property itself, this was marketed by a corporate client and was "sold as seen" the property was inspected weekly by our staff, this and the rather large alarm system was purely to ensure the safety of the property and not the cosmetic appearance of it. The property had been drained down and utilities switched off prior to us marketing the property, we simply made a note of the kitchen for our own records, it had been reported to the client, who had no intention of repairing it. It is normal practice for buyers to check the amenities before exchange of contract and therefore I would have hoped you would have raised concerns prior to your review on Trust pilot.
