GoogleI chose Manning Stainton for sale of my home and conveyancing as they were by far the best reviewed in the area and fairest price. Everyone that I dealt with there was warm and fast to respond and my Sales agent Hannah Lund was particularly friendly and supportive from the start of the process. I was reassured that I had someone who genuinely wanted the best for me and my buyer. Highly recommend them for sale or purchase.

GoogleManning Stainton (Catherine, Garforth Branch) arranged two viewings of a property. Catherine was accommodating of my availability and offered appointments which were convenient for me. Catherine was very professional and friendly, and knowledgeable about the property, following up queries with the vendor. I was given lots of time to view the property and didn’t feel rushed. The viewings were positive experiences and reinforced my confidence in Manning Stainton.

Jacob was professional, helpful and always available with advice and made the first stage of our house selling journey easy at what was a difficult time. GoogleWe found the perfect home with Mannings, Emma Campion tried her upmost to get the viewing a soon as possible as originally we had to wait over a week but she put herself out to get the viewing sooner as she knew how interested we were. Emma met us at the property with a big smile, she was professional and thorough. She has communicated with us every step of the way and yesterday on a Sunday gave us the news we had been waiting for. GoogleI’m so pleased we chose to sell our house via Manning Stainton in Guiseley - from Simone’s valuation and invaluable advice, through to Emmie being our point of contact for our sale, and then Nathan for our purchase the service was exceptional from all. Jack was always on hand too for viewing queries. At such a stressful time it’s great to feel that they are doing their very best for you and your sale/purchase. We were then allocated Tori as our move manager - and she kept me sane and informed throughout the whole process. At times it was like she was working actual magic with the solicitors and ‘making things happen’. At a time when everyone was pushing for a March completion to avoid the stamp duty hike, the whole team went above and beyond, particularly Tori. Hopefully we won’t be moving again but if we do, we’d absolutely use Mannings in Guiseley and I’d be putting in a request for Tori!

GoogleI'm a current landlord and use Manning Stainton as my letting agency. Alex Richards from the agency and the whole estate agents have been fantastic in making the letting process so easy for me. I feel rest assured that my property will be kept up to date with required regulations, regular checks and updates.
