I would highly recommend Manning Stainton Wakefield to anyone.The branch manager, Chris talked us through the service we could expect from his team and that exactly what we received, professional, efficient, excellent customer service and friendly. We received regular contact on viewings and feedback. The team sold our house in 10 1/2 weeks. Our property had previously been marketed by another high street agent for 1 year, very few viewings, hardly any contact and no sale.

GoogleCan’t recommend Manning Stainton Morley highly enough. House buying can be such a stressful process but all the team made it that much easier. Their maybe cheaper online estate agents but you really get what you pay for with Manning. You can’t under estimate good customer service and the need for a direct contact during a stressful, complicated process.

GoogleDebbie Cundill was one of the staff here at Manning Staintons who took care of us throughout our sale. She was a true ambassador for the company. A professional and polite approach, nothing was ever too much trouble. We knew we were alway getting honesty even if it wasn’t exactly the answer we wanted to hear. We are a second time round customer using Manning Staintons which in my book speaks volumes for such a great estate agents. My partner and I would most definitely recommend. Thank you Debbie Cundill you’re an absolute asset to the business. You certainly know your “craft”.
