GoogleA great team to deal with. Matthew, Rhiannon and Pippa are all very helpful and efficient. Viewings were dealt with efficiently and we had a great result within 3 weeks of going on the market.

GoogleWhen they want something from you they're nice and helpful. But when you ask something ... You are waiting for ages. Rebecca F. ... Arrogant and rude. I do not recommend.

TrustpilotI would highly recommend Manning…
I would highly recommend Manning Stainton Wakefield to anyone. The branch manager, Chris talked us through the service we could expect from his team and that exactly what we received, professional, efficient, excellent customer service and friendly. We received regular contact on viewings and feedback. The team sold our house in 10 1/2 weeks. Our property had previously been marketed by another high street agent for 1 year, very few viewings, hardly any contact and no sale.
5/5
GoogleCan’t recommend Manning Stainton Morley highly enough. House buying can be such a stressful process but all the team made it that much easier. Their maybe cheaper online estate agents but you really get what you pay for with Manning. You can’t under estimate good customer service and the need for a direct contact during a stressful, complicated process.
