GoogleI’ve spoken to Jenny, Samira and Nicola on many occasions when booking for viewings. They have been very helpful and as a whole I would use manning stainton when I purchase my next property.

GoogleA girl from manning stainton who I believe is called Samira rang me to update my file and while she was on the phone she made sure I understood all terms and as a first time buyer she helped me through the process of buying a property. Very helpful, I have now found somewhere I’m interested in due to her help. Thanks.

GoogleI called Manning Stainton to discuss the prospect of moving from an area of Leeds I know and love to an area I am not so sure about ! Even though I'm not in a position yet to move Nicola still listened and talked me through the process. She made the whole process seem very manageable rather than the huge task that I had imagined. When I'm ready to move, I hope Nicola from the Headingely Shop is available to help.

GoogleI have been in contact with Manning Stainton in Headingley since February 2019. I have spoken to or now met in person with Jenny, Lucy, Victoria, Evelyn, Laura, Samira and Amy. I am not local to Leeds and I can only praise these ladies for the support and consistent service they have provided in assisting me with my property search and viewings (which aren't easy to co-ordinate when you are not in the area daily), and making my relocation less stressful. Jenny and Amy have been especially helpful and highly professional. They are a hard working team and I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future for both letting and selling. 'Big Up' to the Girls - Great Work!!

GoogleWe sold our property through Mannings and they were always helpful and lovely to deal with. Especially Georgina who kept us up to date throughout the whole process and was always on hand to answer any questions. Definitely would use them in future

GoogleHaving very recently dealt with this estate agents, I was very pleasantly surprised. I recently bought a property to which they were marketing and they were absolutely fantastic in the way they handled and looked after the entire process. Georgina the sales agent replied to emails quickly & professionally. Considering they were the sellers agents and not mine, they chased queries, answered questions & kept me up to date weekly on the progress of buying the property, even more so than my own solicitors! Georgina was fantastic! Very professional, poilte and extremely helpful. I couldn't recommend Manning Stainton highly enough to friends and colleagues.

GoogleAVOID! Booked an valuation 1 week ago for Saturday morning (this morning). They left me a voicemail 1 hour before the appointment saying they needed to cancel it. Plenty of other agents in Leeds who actually want my business!

GoogleWe have recently sold our house through the Manning Stainton Wortley branch and can’t praise the team high enough. From the initial meeting with Nicola Dresser through to the move completion with Lesley Alexander, we have found every team member to be helpful, professional and supportive. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and response to queries were always swiftly resolved in a pleasant manner. I would like to personally thank Lesley Alexander who went above and beyond with her support, knowledge, experience and professionalism. Thanks Lesley!! I would without a doubt highly recommend the Manning Stainton Wortley branch.

GooglePoor service. Sale fell through 3 times because they faffed about! Whenever we wanted to know some information we were constantly told they would call us back but alway had to ring them again...until of course they wanted something off us then they would harass us.
