Really great experience with the team at Manning Stainton who not only helped guide me through the process but also helped out with ad hoc support as I was selling remotely. I highly recommend Simply let, it was a very quick and easy process signing the contract and getting everything sorted ready for us to move into our property, We have never had a problem with Jackie or any of her colleges, all have always been very polite and welcoming when coming to do home inspections, if we have ever had a problem or needing any repairs they are always quick to fix the problem.

Been with Jacky and simply let for over 10 years now and had 4 properties with her as family has grown never had any problems and whole team are nice and polite if I have any questions always get back to me the same day and have always been supportive highly recommend anyone in need of a property, Kirsty x

I have been with jackie for 5 years now. When i first moved in it so was easy and simple. There always so friendly. They deal with any problems i have efficiently. I would highly recommend them. I normally deal with poppy alot and she has always been helpful and very friendly.

These lovely ladies are the best. When I was in deseprate need of a property these lovely ladies helped me. Was easy to set up my tenancy and super quick. I've had 2 properties with Simply Let and will continue to move with them. If something has gone wrong in my property or I need something fixing there super quick at responding and getting the right people out to fix the problem. I couldn't wish for a better letting agent to rent from. Thank you guys. 😘

I rent my flat through simply let dorset ltd all the ladies that work here are very professional and friendly. it was so easy setting up the tennancy , Jacky and danni made the process so straight forward and stress free . Rachel has always been so helpful when dealing with any repairs that needed doing to the property and has always dealt with them promptly. When i have had emergencies the team have always dealt with them efficiently and effectively . I cant thank them enough.

As a Landlord I have a number of rentals that Jacky and the Team fully manage for me. In the past I have used other agents but swapped to Simply Let because I was confident that the inspections would get completed regularly and any issues identified actioned, which has proven to be the case. They also manage all the maintenance issues, such as the Gas Safety Certs without me having to ever be involved (unless I want to), a real bonus. They are always professional and a real pleasure to deal with.

We are currently renting a house from simply let and have lived there for about 5 years now. Moving in was very easy, Jackie was very helpful and handled everything with professionalism. Any maintenance issues are always handled very quickly and efficiently by poppy. It’s nice to rent from an agency that generally care. I would highly recommend renting through simply let.

We rent our house through Simply Let and from seeing the property to moving in was so straight forward and hassle free. Jacky is so welcoming and helpful. Any maintenance that has needed doing has been dealt with promptly and efficiently by Poppy. We have lived in our home over a year now and wouldn't use any other agency now to rent through. Jacky and the team offer a first class service for their tenants.

Shelley, Tori and the whole team at Manning Stainton in Oakwood were fantastic during the whole process of selling and buying - not just the initial sales pitch. They were always available to talk with and responded quickly to all requests. They did all they could to assist with liaising with our buyers, vendors and solicitors. We found them to be transparent and realistic in terms of pricing and what was achievable. We were very pleased with the price we achieved for our house.
