GoogleManning we’re great from the start! Our house was up with another agent for 10 weeks with no real interest and then manning took over and it was sold in 2 weeks! Never needed to phone for updates Samantha at crossgates was amazing always in communication with us and pro active. Won’t use any other estate agent going forward

GoogleUsed Manning Stainton to sell and also coincidentally for the purchase of our next property. I would be lying if I said the sale side was straight forward, there were a number of times when viewings were rearranged, cancelled and not communicated effectively. The reason for the 5 star review is mainly due to the professionalism of Move Manager Kay Berry. Kay went above and beyond to organise, communicate, ease anxieties on our behalves and also to coordinate all parties. She is responsive, personable, caring and has a tenacious attitude that has led to ensuring our purchase was tied up before the stamp duty deadline. A pleasure to work with you Kay and thanks again for all your help (as well as putting up with my stressing on numerous occasions).

GoogleHad such a great experience buying and selling with Manning Stainton. My move manager Kay was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Always on top of everyone in the chain and ensured everything went as smooth as possible while keeping me informed at all times. I would definitely recommend Manning Stainton.

GoogleDanielle has been great throughout the sale of my house, she is lovely polite and very responsive to any help and advice about the sale. My one worry with selling my house was the stress, but she has made it so much easier. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We have had a tricky time trying to re locate from North London to Leeds but Manning Stainton's Garforth team have gone above & beyond to help over the past few months.They have notified us quickly of potential properties & taken into consideration that we need to travel 300 miles to view.We have had very quick responses from Teresa and Callum to any queries and they have provided directions to viewings,local information all done with friendly professionalism.Emma is currently guiding us through buying what we hope is our new home.She has provided so much helpful information and has been upfront and realistic- this is something that other estate agents have failed to be. Garforth branch team are a simply lovely bunch of people doing their job exceptionally well.

We are very happy customers! Our challenge was to sell 2 flats and MS did it for us. Helen Taylor introduced us to an off market buyer and sold the other flat on the market, but this fell through. In a very stressful, but special week, Jess Fox secured for us a great price for the off market sale and quickly found an alternative cash buyer for the second flat! Gob-smacked!! We have been very impressed with Helen and her team, but Jess led both negotiations whilst Helen was away. Professional, responsive, efficient and great to chat with, Jess did a brilliant job: and vitally secured us 2 sales. Still a bit shocked to be honest, but very happy indeed. High praise and strongly recommended.

It’s been a really seamless journey! John came out and took the pictures of my house and then Amy called to introduce herself and said she would be the one looking after me from here. Within six days I had an offer, which I accepted and Amy sent the information of the buyers solicitors on to mine and I was passed on to Charlotte. Amy also gave a follow up call to make sure I was in the loop with everything.

Amazing experience with Manning Stainton, particularly Sunjay. He helped us quickly secure a brilliant mortgage deal for our first home and was on hand at all times of the day (even including whilst he was abroad) to answer the many questions we had about the house buying process.
