I recently dealt with the Pudsey Office of Manning Stainton regarding the sale of my mums house. I can't thank the team enough for their professionalism and courtesy when dealing with what was an emotional and stressful time for me. I'd especially like to mention Deborah Cundill who was amazing throughout the whole process.

A great service so far from the Rothwell team selling my late father's property. Numerous viewings were arranged as soon as on the market and the property sold, subject to contract, within two days. Laura has been extremely helpful and professional with any queries I have had and nothing has been too much trouble. Thank you.

Holding deposit against tenancy agreement.Do not care at all.Waiting time for some reply from them 2 or 3 weeks making it harder to follow.
I want to assure you that the return of a tenants deposit is always handled with the upmost care and dilligence but on occassion there will be reasons as to why the return of that deposit is slow such as estimates for work needed at the end of tenancy. GoogleLesley Alexander went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. With issues totally outside of Lesleys remit she emailed, called and chased people (more times than I even know) that were not her responsibility to do so. Thank you Lesley you have been amazing!!!!!

Booked a house viewing Saturday they then called us back to request we move the time to earlier in the morning.Showed up ready to go and no contact estate agent Hannah, called direct was advised they are on the way left a further 30 mins and called back to find the person due had called in sick, was then told reason we weren't contacted was because they were re-booking her later appointments first.If you want your time wasted and to be fobbed off use these Jabronies.
