My wife called them to arrange a viewing, a very aggressive woman basically interrogated her. All we want to do is view the place! Then she just said 'Thanks then" and slammed the phone down on my wife. What a horrible person, why on earth …

I'm really pleased with Lesley's performance and with all the support provided during the purchase process of our house. I particularly appreciated the regular emails updates at the end of the day, which I think it helped keep things moving forward. I definitely recommend it.

Really happy with the service we received with Manning Stainton. After organising our viewing with another staff member we dealt with Danielle Murray, who could not of been more helpful when it came to making and dealing with our offer. Danielle is so friendly and made sure to keep us up to date as soon as she heard anything. Thankyou so much for all of your help in the process Danielle.

Lucy was my point of contact for selling my house. This was my first time selling a property, but Lucy was so wonderful and helpful, answering any questions I had and always keeping me up to date with weekly telephone updates and explaining every step so I always felt I knew what was going on. Even if there wasn’t much of an update to give I still received a call which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Lucy and Manning Stainton!I also spoke with Matthew at the start of the process (valuation and photos) and he was also very helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Manning Stainton, and in particular Lucy Rogers at the Guiseley branch, has put my estate agent to shame. Lucy has been professional throughout, has kept me well informed, while maintaining a lovely sense of humour. I have no doubt that without Lucy’s help, this whole process would have been far more stressful. A business is only as good as it’s staff and in this case, Lucy is a real asset to Manning Stainton. I have had such an excellent service from Manning Stainton, from the start I felt reassured meeting Matthew to go through all of the setting up. Lucy has been absolutely brilliant in ensuring I was kept up to date with all details and her weekly check-ins were great. She has a wealth of knowledge and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be recommending Manning Stainton :)

We have recently completed on our first house purchase and couldn't be happier with the service from all the staff at the Manning Stainton Guiseley branch, in particular, Tracy. We have been dealing with Tracy for nearly a year right from the beginning of our house buying journey to the picking up of the keys. Tracy was always helpful and so efficient with everything. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent to help us with something we have never experienced before. Thank you Tracy!!

We have been very impressed with the service we have received from Manning Stainton Guiseley when we sold our property and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Matthew valued the property and within less than a week we had received an offer at asking price. Spot on with the valuation we’d say! We were kept informed throughout the process and knew the team were on hand if we had any questions. The sale completed without any issues last week. All in all a very positive experience and relatively stress free thanks to Manning Stainton. Thank you for all your help.

Great service from Pudsey Manning Stainton

I recently bought a flat to rent out and found the Manning Stainton Pudsey office very helpful and efficient at dealing with queries and chasing up the solicitors to get the sale through as quickly as possible. I'd heard horror stories at how long the process might take, but thanks to the team at MS it went through smoothly and quicker than expected.
