GoogleWe have been with manning Stainton for many years now renting our flat. We have had good communication from our property manager Charlotte who has acted promptly and professionally with any issues or maintenance concerns we have had.

We sold our house with Mannings at Pudsey. From valuation they were really helpful, we had already been valued by another agent who had lower fees, but I liked that Mannings had sold a lot in our area. After a quick chat they adjusted their fees to match the other agent. Our sale was managed by Rachel who kept us constantly up to date. Our house went up on the Friday and sold 10 days later. Completely positive and stress free experience.We also then bought via the Rothwell office. Elizabeth was amazing and so patient with us (we viewed the house three times before deciding to make an offer!). She worked hard to get the best deal for her vendor but also taking into account our position. Never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or taking too long. Amazing experience and thank you!

I have sold and bought through Manning Stainton in Pudsey before and my last experience recently selling my house was managed brilliantly from initial valuation through to sale. All the agents were friendly, professional and worked hard on my behalf. I never had to chase for updates. Communication was excellent. My dedicated agent Amy Marshall was the best I’ve ever dealt with and we formed a trust. I am quite hard to please on customer service but as you can see I’ve given Amy and Mannings 5 stars, well deserved. Blew all the other agents who came round out of the water.

Special mention for Karly though who was with us every step of the way. Always kept us up to date, always available when we needed her. Thank you so much for all your support.

One of the worst services that an agency can deliver. There is no utter sense of ownership and honesty. The team conveniently plays the blame game on the cost of tenants discomfort and uneasiness. You can't expect even an ounce of compassion despite you pay the rent in full. Non - recommended to anyone and if you must, it is on you.

GoogleWe have recently viewed and offered on a house and Tracie has been amazing in helping us to offer and get it accepted in the house we really wanted. She has been amazing but the rest of the team were also really helpful when Tracie was out of the office. We hope our experience with this purchase and Manning Stainton continues to be good.

GoogleI would like to thank all the team at Manning Stainton for all their hard work during my sale and purchase but special praise must go to Danielle,there were problems with delays and lack of communication with my solicitor but Danielle went above and beyond to get things sorted she was in constant contact with me to keep me informed and updated on any developments. Moving house is very stressful but knowing i could contact Manning Stainton for help with any problems put my mind at ease.I would highly recommend Manning Stainton and if you get Danielle to deal with your sale/purchase then you are in very good hands. Moortown branch as a lettings agent throughout my tenancy were utterly useless, incompetent, rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. When the landlord decided to sell the property I had notice to leave, all fine. When it came to getting my bond back they stated the landlord wanted all of my bond for various reasons. Reasons that were beyond ridiculous. Apparently they don’t keep records of changes agreed such as furniture removals, decorating, all agreed by the landlord. Trying to penalise me for furniture removed years before, again agreed. It was a long stressful battle that took me to ask a solicitor to write to them, and only then did they give me only half my bond. 3 years later I received a letter from a solicitors, of the landlord stating that I owed 2 weeks rent. This came out of the blue. I’ve contacted Manning Staintons twice and received no response. If I owed that surly they would know?! Why I’m I being penalised for their incompetence? I’m fuming. They don’t even have the decency to respond. Avoid at all costs!Manning Stainton have responded to my review and I have emailed Mr Manning as he suggested

Sadly I can see that was very much one of those cases and so I feel your review is somewhat unfair especially given the time that has elapsed since your tenancy ended which is over 3 years ago. The Cross gates office. Great people. Marianne, the valuer, valued our house at £100k more than another local agent. Had an offer close to the valuation, but a survey found defects in the house, and we agreed to knock £35k off the agreed price. Still got £60k more than the other firms full valuation.Becky in the office got things moving, and Joanne took charge of the sale to completion. Great, friendly and accessible service.
