We have had such a brilliant experience with Manning Stainton Pudsey. We have had Debbie and the team helping us sell our home, and even though we had problems with our purchase and essentially had to start our search again, they have all been so brilliant and supportive! Unlike some agents we have dealt with in the past, Manning have been quick to deal with any questions and we haven't really had to chase them for anything! They've been excellent at keeping us updated. Thank you for all of your help 😊

Our move manager, Debbie Tabiner has been great and someone we could count on within our chain. She listened to you and answered all your concerns and nothing was not answered and her replies were clear. I feel her voicemail says she works Wednesday and Thursday 9-3 but she’s rung me on out of what I think are out of her office hours! Thank you and with Debbie we were able to compromise and agree on our date!

We had a difficult experience acquiring a purchase. We were hoping for a quick sale and laid everything open for this to happen. The client of Manning Stainton took five weeks to fill in a sheet if questions. We feel Manning Stainton should have impressed more on the vendor to get this completed. Also when we arrived at our purchased house there were still items in the house undeclared by the vendor and clearly not checked by Manning Stainton. There appeared to be rodent droppings in the kitchen but Manning Stainton maybe not checked the house before the sale went through. The sold sign was still standing on completion day. Staff friendly but difficult to contact at times. Last three weeks up to completion there was no contact so maybe for future agents could diary in a courtesy call. Please check properties near completion to make sure they are ready and no items left that were not on the inventory and declaration

I know sometimes the speed at which things move can be very frustrating and I want to assure you that the team and our Move Managers were pushing things through as best they could. I am sorry to hear that the property was not presented as it should have been when you arrived after completion and I am sure your solicitor will be able to process any claim you might have in that regard. We will of course look at what we could have done differently through your buying journey and try and learn from the feedback you have kindly provided.
