TrustpilotEasy sale
Selling my house so far has been very easy and made easier than I would have expected by Charlotte Murrie.Charlotte has liaised with me throughout and definitely been keen to help me achieve what I wanted. She is polite and informative at all times and I would definitely recommend Manning Stainton but in particular Charlotte to anyone wanting to sell. Can’t praise Charlotte highly enough - thank you. 10/10.

TrustpilotGreat Lettings Agency
We’d like to thank Manning Stainton and Thomas Clough specifically for sorting out our new rental property. The communication and process itself was smooth and done in a professional manner. Thomas answered all our questions in time and was great in dealing with any queries we had for landlord. We only hoped the whole procedure could have taken less time, but it was mainly due to unforeseen reasons making sure all the paperwork and legal side of things are dealt correctly.Highly recommend!

TrustpilotGreat Service from Manning Stainton Beeston
The staff were professional and helpful and the sale of my property went through smoothly. Zaini the move manager was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to chase her for information, she was in touch at least once a week usually several times, so I always knew what stage we were at in the process. Zaini definatley made the sale a lot less stressful than a house sale normally is.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us!

TrustpilotExcellent service from Manning Stainton
The whole experience with Manning Stainton, Pudsey has been a good one from Valuation to the sale of our property. The agent (CM) was professional, easily contactable, approachable and kept us well informed through every step of the process; offering good advice where required in order to achieve a successful sale of the property. We would not hesitate in using again in the future. Excellent service!

TrustpilotFrom my end it has been a minefield
From my end it has been a minefield - and stressful. Charlotte has been thorough, professional, patient. Where necessary (and that has been often) she has been ready to pursue my solicitor and to keep my vendor on board when she was despairing. She has also kept me up to date with everything she knew. I would give her 6 stars if possible. Well done Manning Stainton and a thousand thank yous to Charlotte.
Thank you for the great review, hope you have settled into your new home.

TrustpilotGreat selling experience.
Great, knowledgable estate agents from start to finish they were excellent partners. We sold our home with Manning Stainton, Ben and the team at Garforth were excellent at marketing our home we received multiple offers and sold quickly. Our sales manager Lesley Alexander was fantastic in moving our sale through to completion, she’s incredibly tenacious, responsive and solution minded. Prior to using Manning Stainton we had listed with another estate agent, given this comparison, I can strongly recommend MS & state they are head & shoulders above the competition.
Hi Jessica! It's been quite a journey for you and super happy we managed to get you moved! Sometimes changing agent really does help! Excellent feedback for the Garforth team and Lesley! If you need us in the future please let us know!
