Not only in arranging viewings speedily but by ensuring that additional information / paperwork regarding the house was available & by dealing with the negotiation. The latter was dealt with promptly by Charlotte, with a mutually acceptable price agreed quickly. 2nd viewing & sale agreed all in the same day. Importantly each time I called the office Charlotte has been available with answers to queries & useful advice.
