Manning Stainton have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of selling and buying a house. Every member of staff we have dealt with has been friendly and professional, they really seem to enjoy their job. Other people had recommended we go with much cheaper agents, however in my opinion the support we got from our move manager Sabrina was more than worth the extra money. Buying and selling a house is incredibly stressful, but Sabrina kept us updated, chased solicitors, was always easy to get hold of and generally kept us sane! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mannings - they are worth every penny!

Highly rated member of Manning Stainton

Aiden Harris managed my tenancy for the majority of my stay at a duplex near Pudsey and couldn't have been more helpful. Aiden always got back in touch with any queries I'd made in a prompt and professional manner. Always took thorough notes which were able to be used by other members of the mannings team if he was out of the office. There were a couple of small instances where I may have been stressed about situations and Aiden always dealt with them in a calm and collected way. I couldn't speak highly enough of him and would recommend him to anybody. He is in line for a promotion.

Very efficient and knowledgeable

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Managing every aspect of the buying and the selling. Understanding what I needed to ask before I had even asked the question. Making Olivia Smith my main point of contact was great so I could be in touch without having to wait for staff to read up on the file before a question could be answered

What a great team there is in Morley

What a great team there is in Morley! Always cheerful reassuring and upbeat and maintaining contact even when things went quiet. They were supportive and encouraging when I was negotiating my purchase, and I believe Megan worked extremely hard to ensure that the complex exchange and completion happened according to plan.

Gratitude to Manning Stainton for social inclusion

I wish to state how grateful Leeds Care Leavers Service are to Manning Stainton for their recent and very generous donation to our Care Leavers Sports Day Event. At the drop of a hat and with no fuss at all, Charlotte at the head office of Manning Stainton, very kindly arranged the donation of a large quantity of paraphernalia to support our event. We are now planning to repeat the success of this event, which was organised for young people in the care system to experience an old fashioned sports day, as many have been excluded from such events.. As we were strapped for cash, Manning Stainton came to our rescue and provided tote bags etc which resulted in the young people feeling invested in. We cannot thank the staff and company enough for their support to this local event and ensuring the process of 'social inclusion' occurs.

Following a recent viewing of a property in Adel, I have had a couple of follow up calls with Bel and I just wanted to say what a pleasure she is to speak to - she’s so professional, friendly, engaged and cheerful and a joy to speak to. I have been searching for a property for a while now and have spoken with many agents across different agencies and Bel is far and above the best.

The staff of Manning Stainton's Garforth office have performed over and above what would normally be expected from an Estate Agent. The process of selling my property did not run smoothly with numerous buyers pulling out of the purchase at the last minute. Throughout what was for me a frustrating and trying time Manning Stainton's staff showed a high degree of empathy and displayed a determination to organise as many viewings of the property as possible, which ultimately resulted in a successful purchase. My main contact at the Garforth office was Emma Hart, who performed absolutely brilliantly throughout and showed a high level of resolve to sell my property. I cannot recommend Manning Stainton's Garforth office highly enough, and would highlight Emma Hart in particular for the way in which she managed the sale of my property.

The service Ben Banks has provided has been impeccable. He has been very personable throughout the whole process. He keeps me in the loop of the market situation and offers expert advice. He’s also not a bad photographer. The pics of the house are amazing quality. The contact and friendliness of the Garforth team is second to non and they all work hard to get our house out there. Thank you for everything you’re currently doing for us and a huge THANK YOU to Ben ☺️

We used manning Staunton to sell our home & could not recommend them enough. Ben came to do our valuation & there was no pressure to use them or no extra sales pitches for deals on photos he was genuine & friendly & once we decided to use them we were had plenty of viewings & were kept up to date with feedback on any viewing. Once an offer was accepted everything went smoothly. They were a pleasure to work with & all colleagues spoken to were always friendly & helpful.

I was selling the house of a deceased relative. I had two valuers come to the property one of which was the lovely Ben of Manning Stainton. I chose Manning Stainton because of the passion Ben had for the house. He could see its potential and that it had been a much loved home. I was lucky enough to be allocated Charlotte Poutney to handle the sale. Charlotte was professional, approachable and very helpful. I was kept up to date with every stage of the sale in real time. We hit a few bumps that were out of our control along the way but i always felt supported and we completed the sale. I would recommend this team to everyone who is wanting to sell their home.

Tesh Surti was very efficient and seemed to work very hard in setting things up to get my property on the market for letting.Similarly Thomas Clough was instrumental in getting a letting over over the line and liaising with the tenant and myself to making sure everything was in place.
