We dealt with Helen Taylor and the team at the Oakwood Office .My wife and I were impressed with Helen both in relation to her local knowledge of houses in the area and her ability to match us up for a buyer for the property very quickly . Her advice was clear and always based on sound common sense . However in my experience common sense is actually not very common . Helen gave us sensible and sound advice throughout . We met a lot of agents wanting to sell our home . Some were young and 'flash , others were 'part of a team ' with devices and calculators to work out the price of the house . Helen and her team had sold most houses on our road and it was very easy to see why .She was supported by a friendly team who were always eager to help and a negotiating team in Gemma and Rochelle who made our whole experience seem smoother and were alway plesant to deal with

Having been extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication from another estate agents where they didn’t know if it was Monday or Norway that caused me an immense amount of inconvenience and a lost sale, I transferred the sale of my home to Mannings, and it has been a refreshing experience, how I have been both represented and communicated with. I would highly recommend the Pudsey branch and complement in particular 2 teams members Elizabeth & Debbie who have gone above and beyond on my behalf.
