GoogleLike everyone else, we've had issues with buying a property (this one for my Mother) but Megan from Manning Stainton kept us in the loop every week with an email and sometimes a phone call - even when there was no news. This was so helpful at a stressful time and made everything feel more in control. I can't recommend Manning Stainton enough (particularly Megan) for supporting us. We're so looking forward to welcoming Mum to live near us. Thank you so much.
Hi Anne-Marie, thank you! Have a great day😊 …

TrustpilotManning Oakwood - The A Team!!
This is the second time we have purchased a house from Manning (as well as selling with them for the first time). Having had a positive experience last time I was once again impressed with the service from start to Finish. Karly - handled our sale and our purchase - everything happened very quickly but throughout we were kept informed with offers/ how our purchase offer was progressing as well as viewing on our property. Blown away from start to finish. Approachable and always on hand to support. Gemma and Rochelle - my move manager superstars - communication is key!! Thank you both for keeping me up to date throughout, answering some of my slighlty stressed calls and emails and putting me at ease throughout the move. They say moving house is stressful (it sure is) but with you two supporting I always felt at ease and that you had our back. If you are looking at selling your house, buying with Manning then you will not regret it. The team are 10 out of 10.
We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our team. It's wonderful to know that you were impressed with the service you received from both Karly and the move managers, Gemma and Rochelle. Thank you for your kind words and for choosing us as your estate agent.

I have recently sold my house through Manning Stainton. It was a longer process than expected due to being messed around by buyers so I was very grateful that Manning Stainton throughout were helpful and supportive. They found more interested potential buyers very quickly. Also, the house me and my partner were buying was through them and they were great with the whole transaction too. The staff at the Headingley branch were great. In particular the Move Manager, Charlotte Poutney was amazing! Her weekly communication and friendly approach throughout really stood out especially during what can be a stressful process. Massive thank you to Headingley and definitely Charlotte. Will use MS again in the future.
Dear Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it. Thank you also for sticking with us when the sale became challenging. I hope you're both settling into your lovely new home. Please let us know if you need anything in the future. Kind regards Amy and The Headingley Team

Trustpilot5 star experience
Our experience with Manning Stainton at Pudsey has been excellent. We cannot thank Charlotte enough for all the support she has given us through what turned out to be a complicated and long drawn out process (due to issues lower down the chain). Charlotte was very approachable, answered our queries immediately, offered excellent advice and kept us sane. Thanks Charlotte!

TrustpilotThat was nice
That was nice! Great customer service. Big shout out to Charlotte P. in the Headingly branch. The only disappointment is what Manning Stainton (not Charlotte) recommend for the convenance legal firm: Levi Solicitors. Not very nice legal firm. It seems full of self-entitled professionals which have no patience with the plebs like us. If you choose other solicitors, Manning Stainton and Charlotte are great. Highly recommended.
We appreciate your kind words about Charlotte. We're glad you had a positive experience. We understand your disappointment with the legal firm recommendation and will take your feedback into consideration.
