GoogleChristopher and Tammy helped me massively. I was coming from viewing after viewing and lot of disappointment for the behaviour of some of the estate agents driven just by the profit, but Christopher and Tammy looked after me from the beginning till after the contract was signed and beyond, to have some minor problems with the property sorted and it made the experience so much better. Well done!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleJessica Kodjovi of LudlowThompson Finsbury Park was so good on so many levels, that I don’t even know where to start or what to highlight first. Before coming to Jessica, I had experienced the worst waste of time and money with a previous estate agent called ‘reliable homes’. What a nightmare. After parting waves with them, I searched the web and came across LudlowThompson and decided to call them, mainly because of their reputation and because they had a local office relatively close to my house. From the moment I emailed them, a reply came back within a couple of hours. Then I spoke to one of their representatives called Sophia (if I remember correctly), who was so polite, understanding and helpful. She immediately put me at ease. She introduced me to her manager Jessica. I can honestly and truthfully say that Jessica is the absolute best estate agent manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I know it sounds so corny and cliche, but from the start of my house sale journey, to the end when exchange and completion happened, Jessica always worked tirelessly for me and always went above and beyond; way more than I thought any estate agent would. She was always available to talk, to help put my mind at ease. She would regularly update me. She would chase up whomever needed chasing. She organised my solicitors. She did the viewings and waited at my house for surveyors when I was unable to. Even when one buyer was ‘dragging their feet’ with their solicitor, Jessica kept me calm and literally within 12 hours had a new, better and ultimately perfect new buyer. This would not have happened without her brilliance. There is so much more which she did, but I’ll stop there because I’m aware of the length of this review already. If it wasn’t for Jessica, I would not have sold my house for such a great price, to such great buyers. Jessica was beyond amazing and as you can sense, I am extremely happy that she was in charge of my house sale. There is no one else I would go to, when it comes to selling and buying more properties now. Thank you Jessica, you were super professional and amazing.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleYesterday I've done a viewing with Chris and I have to say, he is very professional and polite. Usually agents can give the impression to be in rush and not to really mind about your needs. He took the time to explain everything to me and to answer to all the question I had. Great service!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe live in Scotland and are moving to London. It's a very stressful process, but Chris from Finsbury Park team has really made it a lot easier: our friend did the viewing, we video chatted and had all of our questions answered. Very professional and such a great help in finding a nice flat remotely. Definitely recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have been working with Chris to put in an offer on a highly desirable property. Throughout the process he has been very helpful, attentive, and professional. He has answered all of our questions in a timely manner (even at the weekend/in the evenings!) and has gone above and beyond to ensure we are in the best position to put in a competitive offer. Chris has been the best and most knowledgeable estate agent we have dealt with so far in our property search and we would recommend working with him and LudlowThompson.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOrlando was very responsive and thorough in registering my interest and finding both suitable and available properties for me and my flatmate to peruse. Chris was super warm and friendly and knew how to sell the flat well - we always want to find a good place to move into and it was refreshing to meet someone who passionately understood our needs and did not make us feel pressured to make a decision.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleRenters stay away. They are great until you sign the contract and then the non-existent “maintenance and support” side takes over where getting anything sorted out takes months or they simply forget/ignore your requests all together.

GoogleChris and Ryan from Ludow Thomspon. Very helpful letting agents compared to others in the area. V good communication, patenting, willing take him his time when viewing property. They dont rush you putting holding deposit straight away and alow multiple offers.
