GoogleI have had bad experiences in the past renting with Ludlow Thomson generally, so when it came to purchasing a property through them I was apprehensive. However, it is solely down to Romina that I would recommend this office to anyone. She was so helpful, responsive and never made me feel like I was being patronised as a first time buyer. She went above and beyond and I am very grateful!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleThe service from Ludlow is great. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Reece personally, although we didn’t go ahead with the property in the end, he took the time out to speak to us about the market & gave us genuine advice, which made our overall experience with Ludlow that much better. Thanks againPositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleDealt with Lola and Hannah, and also Lerry! Lola was really attentive and made me feel safe and took away any doubts we had throughout the whole process! I had two viewings with Ludlow, with Hannah, and she was very nice and helpful as well. Kerry helped me and my flatmates a bit with the referencing process, and was professional as well. Overall a very good experience and I have recommended it to a friend already!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe LT team fronted by Conor Bunn from the Dock St office acted for us recently in the sale of our leasehold flat in the City Quarter development. Initial advice on setting a sales price was firm and well founded, leading to a quick agreement for sale at an acceptable price and with no chain involved we naively expected a smooth process to completion. Yet as with most property transactions it turned out to be anything but! Throughout a number of twists & turns, Conor continued to provide us with measured and sensible advice, kept the transaction on the rails and eventually to successful completion. We found him to be always available, responsive and honest in his opinion, even if it was'nt necessarily what we wanted to hear! We would be happy to employ Conor & the LT team again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant team, I can only recommend. I've been in touch with Vijay, from the first viewing until picking up the keys. Very professional, calm and trustworthy, always there for that extra mile. I've been stressing him with phone calls early mornings and late nights, writing dozens of emails, he always replied even on his annual leave or day off, just to make sure I'm always updated with the latest info and every documentation to make me rest assured that I'm not being left alone or forgotten. Long story short I would surely recommend him and the whole team behind him. Jacob the branch manager, very kind, professional leader reflected by the thousands of positive reviews. That's what you expect when you're renting, congratulations and thank you for your hard work.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
