GoogleHaving dealt with other Agents I can state that Ludlowthompson is certainly the Best Estate Agent in London! Customer service from the Oval branch is Superb. Richard Pedley has been a Star from day one and has in a very professional and efficient way dealt with a sale of a property that was stuck on the market for over 2 years with another agent which he managed to sell in less than 3 months! Richard offers a 5* customer Service, quality advice and great responsiveness to tasks.

GoogleDarryl Gyimah was the letting agent who showed me around the property . He was professional , knowledgeable and pleasant to be around unlike most other agents . He also very kindly made time to show me around the garden . It was a pleasure to have both agent and property at an equally high calibre and I look forward to continuing the conversation with him .

GoogleNico was so helpful and professional in assisting us in our rental property search. He was quick to reply to emails, gave us sound advice on putting an offer on a property and sent us other potential properties to view. I would highly recommend Ludlow and Thompson, particularly Nico, to anyone who is looking for a rental - Nico was supportive, professional and genuinely cared about helping us find somewhere perfect. Thank you so much!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRichard was amazing! Such a knowledgeable sales man, but really not too pushy or giving us the hard sell. He really listened to what we wanted, gave us great advice and made us feel so relaxed during the viewings.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI've had a few viewings with Ashley Ward. He is always professional and pleasant to deal with, much appreciated! Just recently, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Shearer. He was prompt and accommodating in arranging our viewing and answering all of our questions. We were very pleased with our interaction with him.

GoogleI spoke with Richard P today and have been so impressed with the whole experience so far. He was kind enough to fit us into a viewing at incredibly short notice and was able to answer all of our questions about the property and help us with general house purchasing advice too. Couldn’t recommend more!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleBeth Cooter was much more than professional in her role. She gave us a through visit to the property we were interested in, tactfully navigating around the vendor's family who were at home. She was knowledgeable about the area, was able to advise us about making realistic offers, proceed-ability and all relevant protocols for making a purchase in the area. An excellent viewing with an estate agent who had done their homework before we arrived.

GoogleWe met Joe for the first time today as he showed us round a house in Kennington. He was very friendly, honest, and seemed to have a good relationship with the seller. He was very prompt and efficient with communications leading up to the viewing, and made it very comfortable for us to given honest feedback after the viewing. Thanks, Joe.

GoogleMy sister brought her first flat with LudlowThompson last year and her recommendations couldn't have been higher, so they were the first estate agents we got in touch with to organise viewings & get advice. Richard Pedley was extremely helpful when my sister brought her place and we are lucky enough to have Richard showing us available places at the moment. He is very knowledgable about the area and answers all of our questions, especially as we are buying for the first time in London, its great to have someone who is so professional and friendly too!

GoogleSo far we have had a great experience with Beth. She really knows her stuff and is also capable of communicating with everyone in our buying group at the right level. She has been very engaging and responsive via email too. She has made me feel very comfortable thus far and we hope we are able to find our dream property with Ludlow as we would love to give Beth our business. GoogleI looked for a flat to rent through this agency in early Spring 2022. I was taken care of by Jennifer Castro and recommend her with my whole heart. I attended 15 viewings with different agencies, but the one I had with Jennifer from LudlowThompson was the best - she had plenty of time for me, answered all my questions, shared good advise and I felt treated individually with respect, and not as one of many clients lining up to get the property. The offer I made unfortunately didn't go through, but Jennifer let me know immediately, provided feedback, and supported me in my further search, sending well thought through suggestions of properties I might be interested in.

GoogleExtremely professional, hardworking .. super impressed! We have been looking to buy a flat in London for the best part of a year now and Beth has been nothing but helpful. Beth has been very supportive in helping us find the best property in our budget which has been challenging. Beth learnt us as a couple really quickly and understood the kind of property we were after which really benefited our search, Beth has also been very helpful with any questions we have had. Hopefully we are close to getting our first home!
