GoogleBeth Cooter was really helpful. She had so much knowledge and information about the property. She was very efficient and got answers to questions within 24 hours, she changed her plans to accommodate me and managed to get in a viewing for a tenanted flat within hours.

GoogleI’m a student here in London and my friend introduced me Ling form Foxton for accommodation!!! She is super nice and friendly every time she will bring me snacks during housing visit, I told her my requirements of area and price and she will give me losts of options. Now She has find me a great one bedroom flat near Victoria station which is supper convenient with reasonable price 😆😊 glad I found her hehehe

GoogleI called Ryan about a property I had seen online and he talked me through it and organised a viewing for that evening. He was really friendly, helpful, and was able to talk through the proprty in detail. He gave us time to look around, we weren't rushed, and he even suggested some layout options for our furntiure! Communication has been easy and efficient - all in all, a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous, do not use under any circumstances. We had a gas leak and the kitchen was completely flooded when we first moved in and the maintenance team didn't answer calls and responded slowly to emails. Ended up having to resolve the issues ourselves, and the gas board confirmed the flat was unsafe when they reviewed the issue. Furthermore, their lettings team are intrusive, forcing' market appraisals during the tenancy and outside of the 2-month notice period under the guise that these are contractually obligated inspections. Shame that 1 star is the minimum, as they don't deserve any. Their 5-star reviews are misrepresentative as these are requested from you before you've even got the keys and moved into the property. "Also if it isn’t too much to ask would you be able to leave me a quick 5 star Google review! Just click Finsbury Park review or search ludlowthompson Finsbury park ensuring to include my name" They sell you a dream but make you live a nightmare. Do not use.

GoogleWe had a terrible experience with Ludlowthompson in Tooting (Rob and Michael in the renting team), where they pretended to follow a protocol for letting tenants in, and check-out. They were not professional, they only had the interest of the landlord, giving him advice without reading any reports. Make sure that you have everything in writing and take photos of everything. We wouldn't recommend dealing with them or the agency !! Do not trust what they say.
