GoogleThe property matched my expectations and on-line advertisement. My communication with Darryl was smooth, simple and professional. I would definetely continue dealing with them

GooglePhoned about every other day for a week just after a to let property was listed to register my interest in viewing. Was told each time that the agents did not yet have a date that they could access to property and hence could not yet arrange viewings, but would contact me as soon as they knew a date that they could hold viewings. I left my details multiple times, including the first time in which I was made an account on their system. After around another week or so passed and I stopped calling as I had been told many times by multiple people that I would be contacted. The property was then taken down and I was never contacted.

GoogleI’ve just rented a flat with this company and it was a very easy and smooth process! Hassan showed me around the flat and then once my offer was accepted he quickly arranged for all the documents and walked through all the steps and answered all the questions I had! Also responded very quickly which is much appreciated:) over all a great experience with the company and Hassan

GoogleWe found Darryl to be very well informed and helpful about the flat and the area. Answers to all questions (service charge, length of lease, ground rent, rental value etc) were either known or researched and followed-up very quickly without prompting - a very uncommon (!), welcome, professional, value adding service and ambassador for the firm. GoogleGreat service. I bought a property via Ludlowthompson (City & Docklands). My experience with the agency was excellent. The team work by Mark, Richard, Connor and the best coordinator Beatrice was amazing! I highly recommend Ludlowthompson for anyone who is looking for a property in the area.

GoogleI have been dealing with Amy Rhode in my property search. I have found Amy to be extremely professional, helpful and empathetic. She has a very personable demeanour and has worked hard to meet our requirements. I found she listens and suggests solutions where appropriate. I have dealt with other agents who are pushy and unhelpful. Amy is a pleasant change to those brash individuals. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Amy in future

GoogleI cannot recommend working with Rupali Pal enough! She was amazing throughout the whole process, dedicated all her time to find us a perfect house with the several requirements we had (she was very patient). She worked really fast and really took our search to heart which made the process so much less nerve-wracking and, instead, turned it into something fun. Had an amazing time working with her and definitely recommend to anyone who is searching to rent, especially students because she is so fun and lively and understands what areas can be a great fit! Gave me lots of recommendations too for London which I am exited to try out. Thank you Rupali!

GoogleOne of the best agents I’ve dealt with when looking for my property. Neil Marrinan knows Islington and the surrounding areas extremely well and was able to advise me on all parts of my journey from the valuation all the way up to contractual obligations and exchange. Could not recommend a more knowledgeable and polite agent.

GoogleStill in the process of buying my first home through shared ownership scheme, but so far Neil has been super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He’s always proactive in helping with questions, clarifying the details and making the process easy! Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking for a property! Thanks Neil for the great work!

GoogleChris was a joy to work with in purchasing our first property. He was responsive and professional all through out. As first time buyers we had a lot to learn about the house buying process and he was super helpful in every point of the journey. He also recommended a great mortgage broker for us who got us the best rates. And when things got a bit tough and complicated, Chris was helpful in nudging everyone involved to get us thru the finish line. Thank you Chris and foxtons!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
