Finding a new house is never easy, but Tim never gave up and was incredibly helpful throughout, even if it involved following up on a negotiation we were having with a different branch. If you're looking for a property, you'll be lucky to have Tim on your side.

GoogleFor the first time viewing properties alone, I found my experience to be very pleasant and smooth. I am especially thankful to Steven who accompanied me during the viewings and answered any questions I had. He was very friendly and professional which is something I appreciated. Furthermore, Steven constantly kept in touch with me, replied quickly and was accommodating to my needs when searching for properties that met my criteria.

GoogleI worked with many different letting agencies and Chris and Matthew were by far the most communicative and helpful people I spoke with. Chris met me at the viewing and was able to answer all my questions and advise me on placing an offer, and was very communicative immediately after the viewing through the weekend and guiding me through the process. Very pleased with their work, would recommend to anyone!

GoogleSCAM ARTISTS!! I’ve been in a property for a month with no heating, only to be told by the maintenance company that they have sent quotes to this joke of an organisation and they have not received a response, I have had to move out of the property because the temperature are below zero and all they care about is taking your money then when your heating goes they want to act like they don’t understand English. They have worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my life and I will not being paying any rent moving forward. My property manager Ross who is based completely in a different city is useless and doesn’t even receive emails or answer calls half of the time. I will be seeking legal action against this fraud of a company.

Jade has also been extremely accommodating, especially when I turn up late for viewings (through not fault of mine) and is just an overall lovely lettings agent to have:)

GooglePoor business model - potential discrimination against people who are non-UK citizens, but residents. Also poor customer service skills, as my sound offer did not reach the landlord, and the customer representative, Ashley Ward, was very dismissive.
