GoogleI left my flat in June 2019 and 6 months later I didn’t have my deposit back. The flat was a mess from the beginning, but Ludlowthompson staff promised us the date we’d move in, it’d be all fixed and clean. They did nothing after we paid the deposit. We found dust everywhere, dirty cutlery and no hot water. Awful experience and staff.

Kind regards, The ludlowthompson Team

GoogleMy experience as a tenant of a property managed by Ludlowthompson Oval was awful. The agency failed to deal with numerous issues with the property. The agency also refused to return our deposit, without providing evidence in support of this decision.
