This is one of the worst customer experiences we had moving into our new apartment. The day we had agreed to move in as per our agreement the flat had not been cleaned since the previous tenant, repairs had not been made where needed and we could not reach our agent to get the keys which also were unavailable to us. In addition to this the street the apartment is located was closed due to a football match, imperative information for new tenants on move in day. We had paid for mover's and car rentals to get our belongings into the property which all had to be re-scheduled and resulted in us paying more than double to re-arrange. No one at the office was able to help us. We eventually accessed the property to find there were so many issues, left over rubbish by the previous tenant, the end of tenancy clean, was surface level at best. We have tried repeatedly to contact and receive compensation for what was a truly horrendous experience. Avoid this office if you can, no one takes any responsibility and just passes blame off to another employee.
