GoogleAfter many years living in a long term rental flat our landlords decided to sell the property. Luckily we found a flat we liked and Sam was incredibly helpful and resposive and was of great help in getting us the flat quickly and sorted. He really listened to what we were looking for, showed us a number of suitable properties, and always kept an eye out for anything that might be a good fit for us. Amy Dark was our estate agent and she was amazing, she showed us a lot of properties and we found one that was absolutely perfect. She was super friendly, and knew exactly what we were looking for. I truly appreciated how helpful and honest she was with us, as it made the whole process very easy. Even when we couldn’t attend a viewing, she gave us a virtual viewing, which was really appreciated. She truly takes into account what you want in your property, and I would recommend her to anyone.

What stood out most was how honest and genuinely invested she seemed in helping us find the right fit, even staying past her working hours to show us the fourth property. GoogleFantastic service from Ali Mahfouz. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. While he was clearly doing an excellent job representing the seller, he also made me feel supported and informed throughout the process as the buyer. As a first-time buyer, having someone so reliable and responsive made the whole process feel much smoother. Ali was always available when needed, kept everything moving, and was proactive throughout. And out of all the estate agents I dealt with during my search, Ali was by far the best and most personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. In fact, if I ever come to sell my property, Ali would be the first person I’d call! A genuinely trustworthy, hardworking and exceptional estate agent. 10/10!

GoogleThe worst experience I've ever had with an agency. I've rented in various places, but the way the landlords treated us there was appalling. They were pure scammers and con artists. There was no communication with the agency. The only thing that matters is the signed contract. Don't agree to pick up the keys at their office. The apartment inspection report was delayed two weeks, and they tried to hide the moth-eaten carpet despite our notification. They charged us for the damage when we moved out. The apartment was returned to us in terrible condition, even though we were told it would be cleaned. The mattress had stains on the walls and the blinds were moldy, and we were charged for the removal even though we hadn't used the mattress. They even charged us for the removal because it was unusable. They presented false invoices, submitted after the dispute deadline. See the property before picking up the keys! Don't be fooled! I don't recommend this agency!

GoogleI can't thank Tehreen enough for her help on my property search. She really listens, remembers what's important to you, and never once has she made me feel like a burden despite how many properties we've viewed together. She's also refreshingly real and her guidance has been genuinely helpful. On top of that she's brilliant to spend time with, and makes what is honestly a pretty stressful process feel a lot more manageable. Definitely recommend asking for her help!
