GoogleVery please with my home selling experience. After struggling for a couple of months with another agent, I was able to confirm a buyer withing several days. The price met my expectations. Would strongly recommend ludlow thomson to get a quick sale in this difficult climate. Special thanks to Biraveen for all his help and support. Kept me updated after each viewing and got mecthe best price after a few offers.

GoogleWe rented through them for 2 years and the agents were rude, disrespectful and condescending - Daniela in particular. A very unpleasant experience.

We know that there was an issue with your key return once your tenancy ended earlier in the year, and that Daniela advised you on how this might impact deductions from your deposit (at the landlords discretion). Daniela has been a valued member of our team for almost 10 years and receives nothing but positive feedback from her clients so we are surprised to hear your assessment. GoogleI had such a pleasurable experience letting my apartment from Hannah Bick. From start to finish she was super helpful and kept us in the loop at all times which was very reassuring and took a lot of the stress away, which is very hard to come by in London! Highly recommend! I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Hannah personally!

GoogleEda Hassan and Beth Cooter. Both these agents were involved in helping me in my property search. They were both professional, friendly and well prepared. Eda did several viewings of one particular property with me and I really enjoyed her genuine enthusiasm and authenticity. Both are quick to respond to queries and very helpful. I would recommend both Beth and Eda at the Dulwich branch.

It was fair to say that I had a number of issues with solicitors and Mark was incredibly helpful in giving me advice and helping chase issues. GoogleEpic time wasters. They accept offer but at the same time keep showing around. They said offer accepted, rush getting a mortgage offer, but when I say Im ready to put mortgage application trough, they reply saying that there is another offer therefore hold with the mortgage application

GoogleRichard, Kirsty and Joe did a fantastic job advising me on the sale of my two bed flat in the Sockwell Gardens Estate. We liaised over six months and at no time were the team overly pushy, respecting the time frame I needed to make the decision to sell. In the end we decided to undertake a very targeted marketing campaign contacting three underbidders from another sale in the block the team had just handled. This resulted in an asking price cash offer after only 2 viewing. The whole process from my appointing the team to exchange of contracts was concluded in under two months and achieved one of the highest prices paid on the estate to date.

GoogleI've been a tenant for one and a half years. I went into the office today to ask for more details regarding my contract. Mr. Jibby, who was responsible for receiving me, displayed a very bad attitude towards me -- e.g. "why are you here?", “the contract is clear enough”, "open your email", "It's not hard to find it, just 1 month ago", etc. He was impatient throughout the entire conversation and made me feel disrespected and patronized. There was a complete lack of a basic level of respect towards a human being, let alone a client.

GoogleWe were shown around a lovely property in SE17 by Myles. Despite the fact we were running a little late, he was very patient and understanding and was happy to still give us the time we needed to view the property. Very knowledgable, punctual and expert communication regarding offer forms and move-in-date negotiation with the landlord. 5 star.
