He is the best agent I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He is not just an agent, he is a real consultant. He does not simply tries to sell you something. GoogleI had a brilliant experience with Joseph when purchasing my property. As it was my first property I wasn't entirely knowledgable of the process and Joseph was patient and always available to answer my questions no matter how small. He knew a lot about the area and could advise me on all the different options, he was always very professional yet approachable and kept my best interests in mind. GoogleWe started using Ludlow to rent and manage our flat in Vauxhall about 5 years ago. We entered into the relationship with an open mind and it has been a very good experience for us. Jibby the overall manager is great to work with - he has done a fantastic job for us (finding tenants and across the life cycle) and has always made us feel like we are in safe hands. From our perspective he’s the face of Ludlow We also have a super responsive property manager Sushmita who keeps our tenants happy, which is super important she swiftly deals with issues The entire team at Ludlow is great Thank you team

GoogleThe irresponsible behavior of this agent has to make landlords and tenants worry about other problems in the future rental. Thanks to the cold and unreliable reception of the agency staff, the first call I made was with a man who asked me for some details and then hung up the phone while I was still talking, and he was very impatient. The second call was with a woman named Banieala. After I asked her for visiting the property, she asked me if I could do it today, and I said yes. So we made an appointment on the phone for 5:30 p.m., and when I arrived there and called her, she said that because she hadn't emailed me, the appointment wasn't valid. So she told me to confirm and call me back immediately, let me wait until 6 o 'clock, wait until six o 'clock to call again, then they told me that this house can not visit anymore. And the next week is full of appointments.

Matthew was particularly knowledgable about the properties and went above and beyond to stay later and show us an additional flat. We had a really positive viewing and left knowing exactly what the landlord was looking for and what we would need to do to place a competitive offer. Would happily recommend!
