GoogleCurrently looking to get my house valued for sale and rental. Jonathan attended and was very professional and informative. I've had a few estate agents round now, and he was head and shoulders above the rest.

GoogleHaving just bought a property Jonathan gave me a fantastic service. From the beginning he gave accurate advice and great customer service. I received great feedback on all viewings and found a tenant in 3 days! A great experience from start to finish

GoogleBooked a viewing that took almost an hour to get to, only for no one to turn up. I waited for 20 minutes (in the dark), called multiple times and couldn't get through. No explanation was given, and no warning was given beforehand. Wasted at least 2 hours in total with no response.

GoogleHad a great experience with the Acton team, they really do have quite a lot of good properties to rent and they always send you new offers either as a text or email. Jonathan and his apprentice Charlie were very helpful and professional, really prompt communication via emails and on the phone. After negotiating terms with the landlord, Jonathan got us a very good deal. I will highly recommend Acton team to everyone! Thanks for helping me find an amazing flat for a good price!

GoogleI had an apartment viewing with Charlie Crump on the 9th of February. He was very knowledgeable about the property and very helpful. Sharan was also very quick and efficient in helping organise the viewing. I’m seriously considering an apartment as a result.

GoogleDealt with Sharan and Sarah in course of renting my flat. I found both great to deal with during the process. They were both efficient and helpful at all times and made the move in process seemless for me.

GoogleArranged a viewing, but nobody showed up. After waiting in the cold, several calls to our letting agent and the agency itself with no response, we decided to walk over to the office, as it was a few minutes walk away. It was abandoned and closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 20.00 (and it was just after 18.00 at the time). Left a voicemail for the agent, but still haven't received any sort of response or apology.

GoogleSharan gave us space to explore our viewing so we could get to grips and ask any questions we had once we were ready. Friendly and helpful throughout unfortuantely the property just wasn't for us. Would recommend.

GoogleAfter about 8 years of living in London, these guys are by far the best letting agency I dealt with so far... especially Sarah from the Acton office, very helpful and kind and sorted out all of our request for our property right away. Definitely recommend them
