GoogleJust simply annoying bunch of liners. As a landlord find a tenant easily for their good, once embarked and charged hefty fees both tenant and landlord turn to a statue - do not hear do not see and do not move until the next renewal is due. I am with them in the past ten years and they are so sweet around new contract or renewal time (convince you he/she is new and do not do that again) I cannot get rid of them easily. Vividly remember at least 5 times I decided not do business with them again but still I do. This year a new letting manager owed me to stay but they are so bad twice aleready made me so upset to instruct another agent with no report on progress or even to tell me how much put down on the market for rent. The only thing I am happy about this year is that at least 20%reduction I was able to negeciate thanks to too less property avail to them to accept my term. They feel free to miss around with both tenants and land lord. Totally avoid them if do not want headache, but if you want approach them and accept to their lies. I might be a gullible person still staying with them.

GoogleVinh Dallemagne has been helpful looking into issues I raised and tracking down solutions. He's always kept me up to date with details explaining exactly what was going on and how much it was going to cost me ;-). He kept in touch all through the process and insured that I managed to get the contract I wanted to sign.

GoogleAwful. Took our money, provided us with false information and basically implied we made it up. They weren't sorry at all, if anything the manager was disdainful. These guys should not be able to rent properties and should be reported to trading standards or the equivalent body. Have written to their customer services team last week and still no reply.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. They said that if we put a deposit down and the landlord accepts, the property is ours to rent. The landlord accepted, sent the money to ludlow thompson, and we handed in our notice. A few days later, we got a generic email saying our rental was unsuccessful. No phone call from the agent who was handling us. After several attempts at calling ludlow thompson, someone finally told us that the landlord had decided to move in another couple earlier than we could move. Communication about this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, leaving us in a situation to find another property to live in before our notice was over. TERRIBLE

GoogleHaving bought and sold numerous properties over the last 20 years, I must say that the team at Ludlowthompson in Acton led by Jack were nothing less than exceptional and a real refreshing change. I dealt mainly with Jack and Richard, Jack was always available, he made sure that a complicated deal went ahead, he regularly went the extra mile to accommodate my requirements and I have nothing but praise for the work that they carried out. I would recommend them for all prospective buyers and sellers in the last West London area.

GoogleAwful experience - highly recommend NOT to use these agents. Communication is unprofessional, lacks transparency. Even worse, agents lied that they had received offers on the property I was interested in when this was clearly not the case (I double checked with other agencies that communicated directly with landlord and confirmed there were no other offers). I couldnt stress enough how you should avoid this agency.

GoogleFrom the first moment that I walked into the office at Acton and was met by smiles and offer of a hot drink by Jack Hamilton and Richard Kodua, I was totally surprised by their approach and customer service. These two gentleman were nothing like the taboo normally associated with London estate agents. They were polite, generous with their time, extremely well informed and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately the property that I wanted to purchase from them was sold to another higher bidder, however I will be using them again, and would highly recommend others to do so too

GoogleSince meeting Jack and Richard last week I have been on several viewings, made an offer on a property and spoken numerous times to Jack in particular. My husband and I were both thoroughly impressed by the service we recieved. Jack was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a real credit to his company. I would recommend the services of the Acton office to others and will be using them again myself.

GooglePoor understanding of local HMO regulations, lack of transparency of terms and conditions, poor staff training and charge a high premium. Finance department were stressful to deal with. They really need to think about their clients needs instead of being a greedy and self serving estate agents. Please be aware that they will charge your two year’s estate agent fees within the first 8 months of the tenancy!! Just awful, I would encourage others to go with another estate agents.
