GoogleI've been a tennant for a few years and yet their service never faulters 5* The complaint was logged and dealt with within 12 hours. Had I of not had work commitments that day it would of been completed within hours of logging. Sully was fantastic, really professional and approachable from start to finish. He understood my dilemma my 'boiler' and was on it ASAP. Many thanks Sully. And another credit review is to Carl the engineer. So polite he put me at my ease whilst carrying out his work. GoogleI have lived in rented apartments for 14 years and have never encountered such rudeness as in this agency. No help with reported problems. Additionally, after moving out I cannot get my deposit back, because the agency does not care and is not able to answer my questions, "when will I get the money?"

GoogleWe rented a house for two years. We were never late with paying the rent and after moving out we painted the walls and left the house clean. Now for a month since moving out we don't know what's going on with our deposit. No one informed us if the inspection went well and if we will get our money back. When I call and ask, they say that if they know something they will tell me. They are unable to answer any questions and they are irritated that I want my deposit back. They do not respond to emails. There is no explanation why we were left without any information for so long and whether we will get our deposit back at all. I am disappointed with this agency.
