Google**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agency. I contacted them over two weeks regarding multiple rental properties and attempted to arrange viewings. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the staff were consistently unresponsive. They failed to reply to my emails and phone calls, making it extremely difficult to move forward with my search. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of communication, especially when you're relying on their services. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this agency if you're looking for timely and reliable assistance in renting a property.
