AVIOD!!! IF I could leave zero stars on this review I would. The service being offered is diabolical and the lies told by this agent regarding their properties is laughable. If the Saturday girl (Nicola) showing people around does not have viable information it is best to say that they don’t know and will find out. I guess not everyone realises you can do house searches which will relay TRUE information. Aside from this the communication is non existent and Nicola does not reply to calls or emails. Remember we are the customer and you are offering the service. This has been long forgotten!! Avoid this company at all costs for both renting and property management. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with agents. You really should ensure your staff on the front line are capable at doing their job as it’s clear they are ruining the reputation of this company.

Incompetent would be the word I use to sum up; The whole process was unprofessional and disorganised. Basic training and implementation of processes may be beneficial - Staff lied on occasion and broke GDPR/data protection by accidentally emailing our private and confidential information to 3rd parties, without even so much as an apology. Manager made promises to reel us in but were not fulfilled by the time we were finally handed the keys. Threatened myself and our guarantor multiple times over something which was their own mistake, to the point almost of harassment. Beware when signing contract as they will leave it to the very last minute, rushing you to sign with multiple errors and hidden fees!

Although, Lenwell Bedford were unable to find a property that suited my needs, I have to say, the customer services that I received was impeccable. Nicola really worked hard to get the best property for me, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends.

Disgusting attitude to customer care. If I could give zero stars I would as these bunch of idiots are truly rubbish. Don''t expect any of their claims to be substantiated and certainly DON"T expect your money to be returned on time or in the way they promise. Typical attitude of estate agents and lettings agents who are only interested in themselves and don't care who they upset. Shame on you Lenwells I hope you go bust soon as you deserve to
