GoogleThis review is ONLY of the inspection agent Liz (not for Lenwell as a letting agency) - she has done twice yearly inspections of the property we rent for three years now and has conducted herself each time in a very professional and courteous manner. She is prompt, accommodating with schedules and a pleasure to chat with during the short time she is in the house doing the inspection. Truly an asset to the company and they are lucky to have her.

GoogleIt is always a pleasure working with Lenwell. Highly professional and proactive team. Kelsey has recently helped us close multiple agreements with great ease. She is a star. Matt is great to work with and the prompt approach helps close deals instantly. Also any management issues are taken care of within well defined deadlines and you are constantly updated on the case. The systems and paperwork management is so easy to use and takes away the hassle of filling long forms. Have to say the best technologies used to manage all the paperwork with so much ease. Great working with Lenwell. Will highly recommend for all your property needs.

GoogleVery bad agent in uk. Very very slow service. When your rent finish you can't expert your deposit money from them. Because they lied for so many. They always keep one copy of your key and without informing they will send some engineers for repairs. Don't trust them
Thank you for your review. By law, all deposits with Lenwell are protected by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme or Deposit Protection Scheme. As spelt out in your tenancy agreement, processes have to be followed for the settling of all deposits and where they are not followed, tenants have legal recourse. The free arbitration offered by the government backed deposit schemes is final and there is no legal right to appeal. On instruction from a landlord, Lenwell will always hold a spare key for emergencies or for carrying out repairs when a tenant is not present - with the tenants permission. Approved contractors make all their own appointments with tenants directly.

GoogleWe've let our village flat through Lenwells for 20 years. We've only had one "bad" tenant in that time. At changeover the team have been efficient with a personal touch. Where we have needed a tradesman for a problem they have made good recommendations.
