Initially very happy with the service and the colleagues but support from head office has been awful. Dealt with Tamara who I found to be rude and uncaring. I would suggest that Lenwell’s need a full review of their customer service policies and I would invite Rob Wellstead to review the email exchanges and phone conversations to see if he would be happy paying for that level of support and service?

Many heartfelt thanks to Tatjana and Jolanta at Lenwell NH. They are the kind of letting agents one gets to know by name. They put in the effort and care to do what is right, in what I am sure is a challenging job. I have gone with other local agencies in the past and would definitely feel safest with Lenwell in the future.

I would like to say thank you to Lenwell, for all them help and support during my moving process. I use to rent through different agencies and have very bad experience in the pass, however both of the ladies is super helpful. Office should be proud to have a workers like them. Will highly recommend this company to everyone.

Jolanta at the Northampton Branch has invariably gives us excellent service. She calls back promptly, she is a pleasure to talk too, always friendly and helpful. Very quick to deal with any issues that arise. As a landlord with would highly recommend her.

I am absolutly disgusted with the way my partner has been treated on the phone when enquiring about a property, they do not deserve any stars as the person my partner spoke to was very rude and the manager was very rude and not helpful when he rang back to complain. I think lenwell need to re-train their staff on customer service and how to speak to people!!! ??

As I landlady and having been working with the Bedford team for over 5 years. I am very happy with the service I have been receiving. Ruth and Kate have been simply excellent in every aspect of our professional relationship. They have gone the extra mile at times and I am very appreciative of that. I feel they are an asset to the company given their experience, expertise, professional and prompt approach to their customers. Satisfying the needs of landlords and tenants is not easy but I feel they do a very good job in trying to meet both sides.
