GoogleI reviewed Lenwell with 1 star as when dealing with them I found that after we moved in there was little customer care. I was extremely angry that after I left my honest review Lenwell actually rang and emailed me to ask to take it down. Please see below email received this morning: ‘Emily, we are working currently trying to build our google portfolio, so if you please could amend your review, or either remove it as I can’t see the point’. The reason for my review was: I had made a few complaints about various issues, such as the shower, blinds etc which were never rectified. I also came to Lenwell with queries on the meters as there were two, therefore utility bills were more costly and I had to swap providers. When I asked for information on why there was a second metre, I was dismissed with the reply ‘we have never had an issue before’. I found that the moving out process was very stressful and a lot of money was deducted from our deposit despite us making many improvements to the house and garden which was otherwise an unruly mess. Initially when a Simon was working for Lenwell my experience was positive but unfortunately he left.

Good afternoon Emily I think what Tatjana was trying to convey was that the review scored her office badly and she felt that was not a reflection on her and the office. She contacted you to see if she could help as your original review had no text. She feels very passionate about customer service. With regards to deductions from your deposit they are requested by the landlord which Tatjana also tried to explain . If you felt they were unjust the deposit was registered in a tenant deposit scheme and you could have raised a dispute. If you did raise a dispute and the deductions were validated then this is not something that Lenwell are responsible for. Any deducted money would be used to rectify damages. I hope this helps a little to explain things.

Googlei was looking to move in because of my job and needed to move in quickly. Lenwell where ever so helpful and got me a viewing for a property i was interested in for a time that suited me, the process of renting the property through lenwell was very straight forward and i had no problems what so ever, would defiantly recommend!

GoogleBeen carrying out all aspects of Plumbing & Heating for Michelle (Manager) especially Gas Safety. Cant fault anything and am very happy with all situations. (Michelle is a Legend) runs the Dunstable Office to a Tee. I am a pain and prefer keys to be dropped off, again no fault here either. . . Keep up the good work. . .
