Great service from the team, especially Lauren. Very organised and efficient. Very knowledgeable and are clearly experienced in the industry. She answered all our queries very promptly. She listened to our specific needs and were great at communicating as soon as something became available for us. We were able to see the flat that same day and secured it shortly after, really great service. Definitely the best estate agents we've ever come into contact with. Thanks!

The team at leaders Dunstable have been second to none. From the get go Lauren and Sarah were both very welcoming and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. I initially contacted leaders for a second opinion as another agent had valued my flat below what I thought it could achieve. I’m so glad I did, I’m getting more a month and I’m confident my property is in safe hands. From initial meeting through to getting my tenants in its been a very good experience with great communication back up with bags of local knowledge! I would highly recommend the team at leaders to everyone.

I worked mostly with Sim in securing my property, and I engaged with her throughout the process and she has so far been absolutely fantastic! Letting a property can be difficult when you are not aware of the area and what is has to offer, but she helped me find the right property and for that I am very thankful.

I rent the same flat in Mitcham from 8 years, so far there's very good service. Any reported problems are fixed straight away, Mrs Vicky Coleman responds our emails a.s.a.p. The handyman lives close, in emergency - like water leaks - comes for repairing even at 11 p.m. Many my neighbours lives here over 10 years and I' like to stay here for much longer.

A big "thank you" to the Luton team for a great "room let" experience. First time my daughter and myself have used a letting agent so we did not know what to expect. It took a few months to let the room but that was largely down to the strict tenant criteria set by ourselves. A shout out to John who closed the process with efficiency, and Malik for follow-ups and Richard for overseeing the process when Sarah moved over to Dunstable Branch.
